The location is very good plus the hotel has free shuttle bus around the area. The breakfast was good but same variety every day and as we stayed 5 days we got a bit bored by the end. Rooms are clean but hotel needs renovation soon. On weekend there was a wedding so Lobby was very crowded and noisy

Warm stay at the executive floor
Reviewed 1 week ago

I stayed in one of executive floors room for 3 nights/4 days during my conference visit at Kyung Hee University, Seoul. My stays were pleasant, comfortable, and memorable. This hotel is a five star hotel with great facility, service, food, and rooms. What makes this hotel really special and charming is the people working there. Everyone was all genuinely polite, helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. My special thanks to Ms. JULIA HONG (I think her Korean name is Yee-Ju), who showed what a true/professional hotelier should be. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and I will certainly return.

Great value for a 5 star hotel

We were simply impressed with everything to do with this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to assist us with everything from check in to assistance with taxi's. The room was very spacious, comfortable and luxurious. I was surprised how good this hotel was with regards for value for money. Taxi's were cheap for wherever we needed to go and a train station was nearby as well. The only thing that was a little odd was the pool in the hotel. As an Australian, it's the first time I've been asked to wear a swimming cap when entering a pool and kind of took away from the

Average andt not Pullman class

The hotel is up on a small hill beside a busy main road. It is about 10 minutes to the closest underground station. Free shuttles to Insadong every 30 minutes. Generally, comfortable beds. This hotel is served by KAL limousine to Incheon Airport but beware of the travel time as it is always congested at peak hours. The better option is,which I did, take a taxi to the Seoul Station and then take the AREX. There is a Nespresso coffee machine inside the room but I found it funny that they will charge you if you drink more than two cups every day. Also, while they said they do not provide toothbrushes in the toilet for environmental reason, which I didn't know beforehand and this is rather unusual in Asian hotels, they provide two in the minibars at a price. Unfortunately even if you buy these toothbrushes, there is no toothpaste!
