Nice location for shopping in Seoul, not good if need to travel cross the Han river.

Old building but maintain very good. The business lounge is very good and the staff was very friendly and full knowledgeable for information needed. I visited there and have good staying. It has been couple months already but still remember. Thanks, Pullman.

Badly needs improvement

Stayed for 1 week in the executive room. The room was ok. But looks old and outdated. Shower pressure was very weak. Lounge was good. Breakfast and evening happy hour was good. Food variety was good. Service was good.

Great Hotel at the center of the city

I loved the hotel, the staff are so good, the ambiance, the rooms, the food, all great. The hotel has own transport to different important places, so perfectly done, is praiseworthy. This is a great hotel for all purpose, you are alone or with your family. The great thing is the staff, so sensational, so helpful. The last word, the Hotel provide Excellent Hospitality.

5-star service. Love the breakfast spread

Very conveniently located in the heart of Seoul city and not too far from the shopping districts of Dongdaemun and Myeongdeong. Rooms are sufficiently spacious. Service standards are good as with all ACCOR hotels, with a menu for choice of pillows for those who find the regular provided ones too soft. Must try the traditional Korean pillow which is hard enough for elderly people given to neck pains. The breakfast spread is also very good with diverse choices. There is even fresh squeezed juice and takeaway coffee/tea which is fantastic for the cold weather. Warm and attentive staff.
Also opt for the higher floor rooms which give fantastic views of the city skyline. However, the rooms are not particularly sound proof and guests checking out and dragging bags in the early morning can be heard from the corridors.

Excellent room for business or solo travellers (Deluxe Suite with 1 King Bed)
Reviewed 1 month ago

Stayed over the weekends due to a short business trip in a Deluxe Suite with 1 King Bed.

Check in is done at the 12th floor, which is reserved for Executive Deluxe, Executive Premier and Suite rooms. I was checked in and out by the lovely Miss Julia Hong. She provided excellent service and speaks excellent English.

The room is extremely spacious, where there is a separate bedroom and living room. First impression, spotless and clean with no lingering odor. Strong and fast WiFi is provided as part of the package.

A large L-shape sofa, low table and a long desk is in the living room. Plenty of room to move about, or to chuck all those shopping bags if you feel like doing a shopping spree. There is also a toilet in the living room area in case you have guest over and do not want them to enter the main toilet in the bedroom.

Bedroom features a King size bed, that is extremely comfortable and they have generously provided 6 pillows of top notch quality and softness. Feel free to request something firmer if you desire (there is a pillow menu for you to choose). 2 large recliner chairs at the side of the room can also double up as a large sofa.

Just before entering the washroom, there is a walk-in wardrobe, where extra pillows can be found. 2 bathrobes are provided, along with slippers. And if you need to iron your own clothes, you can do so in this space. Iron and board is actually stored near the closet at the main entrance in the living room. A very helpful thing to keep your business wear nice and crisp. A dresser table rounds out this small space, which is perfect if you are travelling with a spouse.

The washroom is massive, featuring a large bathtub, standing shower and a large basin. The usual bathroom amenities are provided. However, toothbrush and paste is not included, in the hotel's bid to be more environmentally friendly. Be sure to request for it when making a booking if you don't feel like bringing your own.

This room has PLENTY of power outlets, including international outlets. I counted at least 6 in the living room and 4 in the bedroom. And since I always bring my extension outlets, this is a joy for business traveller like myself.

For photos of the room, refer to Accor's website as the photos are exactly what I have seen the room to be.

Had a great outdoor view (both living and bedroom windows) that is unobstructed by tall buildings. I also had access to the Club Lounge, where you will be able to have your daily breakfast in a less noisy and crowded setting, which I enjoy very much. Afternoon tea and happy hours are also available at the Club Lounge, which I took advantage of. I wish the selection of afternoon tea snacks could include a larger variety.

Breakfast menu and selection is pretty decent. And since one is unlikely to get into a feasting mode early in the morning, the variety and choices are adequate.

Overall, I will want to come back to this hotel.

Pro-tip: If you are feeling lazy and do not want to take a train back to the airport, you can hop on to Korean Airlines VIP Limousine bus to Incheon Airport (Terminals 1 and 2). It cost WON 15,000 and takes about 90 mins. Just sit in and relax. The bus will also pick up passengers from other high end hotels along the way, so it will be a good chance for you to check those hotels out
