Please see previous review comments. The room was nice and the staff were very friendly. The only slight downside was that I couldn't reach my room with one elevator which made it a little bit more awkward getting to and from the ground floor.

Stylish hotel with warmth hospitality

Eye catching vertical garden exterior & modern chic interiors lend a breath of fresh air considering being right smack in the middle of Central Business District. Close to offices and hundreds of restaurants and eateries serving the office lunch crowd and considerably quieter in the evenings. Right next to Hotel is MRT (Tanjong Pagar) station, which is convenient to get around Singapore’s tourist attractions like Chinatown, Civic District, Singapore River, which are also within walkable distance (20 mins )
Plus points: friendly and helpful staff makes your stay so much more pleasant. Upgrade to Club floor if you need extra pampering with round-the- clock use of its club lounge.

Excellent for business trips

Stayed here twice now on business trips and very pleased.
Price compares ok with other business hotels around the world.

Like any hotel additional services more expensive than tourist hotels but ok for business travel

Rooms small but clean and well maintained. The second trip the sink in my bathroom did not work well, water did not flush away only if I put a toothpick in the sink it would go. Without reporting this the cleaners noticed my workaround toothpick and next day issue was fixed when I got back to my room.

The hotel is conveniently located at the opposite side of the Street of Tanjong Pagar MRT station. Just cross the street and you can explore the city by MRT (I recommend any traveler to Singapore to buy the EZLink card and use MRT, MRT is great)
In case you prefer taxi I recommend installing Grab. When booking a grab make Sure to select pick-up point as oasia downtown lobby. If you select Oasia downtown Grab selects the garage entry at the backside which is a Grab issue and not a fault of the hotel

Breakfast is not fancy but ok and they try to offer both local and continental breakfast.

The lift system may seem odd in the beginning but it is part of the architectural design

The only thing I would love to see as an improvement may be a smoke area around Floor 12

WiFi is good in both lobby and rooms

I am open to any question for visitors not only about this hotel but also about Singapore in general

Not Bad, But Misses on a Few Points

Great location in business district. Extremely quiet rooms, friendly and efficient staff. But there's a lack of attention to small details that makes this feel more 3-star than 4-star - gym that's low on towels and completely out of water bottles and cups for the water dispsenser. And what's up with a mini-bar that has a price list and suggestion to call if you want something. Either stock the fridge or send folks across to the 7-11. Make up your mind. Don't be chintzy.
