It's worth the Money - Es ist das Geld wert

Great Hotel in general. We arrived late in the evening with 3 tired children from a long flight from Sydney to Singapore. How thankful we've been that they brought us directly to the room without a long check-in procedere at the lobby desk. That was awesome. Food, Buffet, Breakfast is just fabulous.

At the Poolside i want to thank Employee SID for his absolute friendly service and sence for communication with children. What a great guy!

Short Staycation .... ENJOYABLE.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights to have a quiet celebration of my birthday. It was a lovely experience. The perks you get after applying for fans of MO membership was awesome, got a free room upgrade and early check-in. Our room has a really good view of Marina bay.

I would recommend this fancy hotel to family and friends. I would also commend the staff of this hotel, always bright and polite. I think except for the lady who was in charge of the egg station during breakfast, everyone had smiles on their faces all the time and always helpful.

My only request for this hotel, very minor one, is to have a bidet in the toilet, it's a small thing but very very important.

Thanks Mandarin Oriental for a great weekend.

A great hotel, the best food, but beware the Grand Prix

I have stayed here several times. I love it. The service is great, the rooms are great, and the food is absolutely fantastic. Consistently outstanding. One minor drawback: I stayed there recently just before the Grand Prix event. There were many road closures. Despite the valiant efforts of the staff, this was a very major inconvenience. (To be fair, the hotel warned us of that). So I would avoid this hotel around the Grand Prix period (unless you want to attend the Grand Prix). Otherwise, a truly wonderful hotel.

World class

There was no doubt in our minds that we were going to stay here when we booked! Renowned for being an exceptional hotel when it comes to service and the simple fact it has great views of the Marina Bay sands and is close walking distance!
When we arrived we were instantly gobsmacked at the service. The taxi from the airport did not take card and we had no cash, so the bell hop (valet?) paid, I don’t know whether this was out of his own pocket or not but it’s irrelevant it was a touch of pure class!
Check in was smooth and we were upgraded to a marina bay suite!
Room was massive and exceptionally clean. For me it was a slightly dated as I am more used to contemporary and modern hotels but as I am aware mandarin orientals don’t go for contemporary so this was no big deal!
Our 3 night stay was superb!
Breakfast was incredible with an array of choices and the bars at night are fantastic with an amazing selection of cleverly put together cocktails. Yes pricey but this is what you come to expect when in Singapore and a 5 star hotel!
Highly recommend this place! World class
