We did not expect the hotel to be THIS good!
Located approx 600m and had to walk 5-7 minutes from Lavender station. We expect a long walk. But no. It was very enjoyable and nice neighborhood. Many trees and flat road.
When we arrived, there is a small lift designed for people with wheelchair or big luggages, for there are stairs.
The lobby was clean and comfortable.
Friendly staff.
The room was not too big, for we book the superior type. But it was amazing.
Cool interiors, complete amenities, free mini bar (2 cans of coke, 2 pcs of mini m&m, one bag of chips and 2 bottled mineral water).
The bed was very comfy and not smelly at all. Sometimes small hotels do have some kind of bad bed smell. But not with this hotel!
Check out proscess was fast too.
Good price too. Now we know where to stay when we go to singapore again. See you soon, Hotel Yan!

safety not included. will never ever ever step foot again. There tons of other hotels around the area. Can always give them a try. Not this one. There are not on your side. They dont stand by you. They are not only complicit but they bully you to shut up. Thanks for the experience.

Boutique & beautiful

Yan hotel blew my mind, such a quirky and peaceful hotel located in an area walking distance to some great sights and no further than 10mins drive to main attractions eg. Marina bay sands.

Rooms are small but the setup, use of space and personality makes up for it all. Toiletries, fresh towels, great air con all amount to an overall superb experience!

Staff so helpful and friendly, 247 member of staff at the front desk and a superb coffee shop next door for the coffee lovers!

My favourite hotel in a long time, highly recommend. I will be booking again on return.

Nice hotel but small rooms
Reviewed 3 weeks ago

We stayed at Hotel YAN for 3 nights while visiting Singapore. The hotel was well decorated and in a good location, about 5 minutes walk from the nearest underground station. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.

For us the only downside was the size of the room which was very small. We had a deluxe double (I believe) but there was only around 20cm at the end of the bed with no room at the sides. Also toilet and shower not so private in glass cubicles and only a curtain next to the bed for "privacy".

However, due to the flying nature of our visit the size of the room was only a minor issue and we really enjoyed our stay, and we were very close to the Thaipusam festival which was on while we were there.
