Old, dirty and not nice
Reviewed 4 days ago

This hotel is really old, beds are uncomfortable and old. Furniture is old. Air conditioning is old and noisy, it doesn’t cool properly. Pools are small and overcrowded. Hope you like bugs in your room, for you’ll have a hole Lot of them. Food is expensive but good. Employees are very kind though. They will renovate the hotel next year (2019).

One of the Best Places if not the best place we stayed.

We had the best time ever at the Inn at Mazatlan from the time we got off the King David Van from the airport the first day till we got back on the van the last day. The staff were very nice & friendly. From the Valet drivers Adrian, Trinidad & Samuel were the best. The guy at the desk on the left was very very helpful I forgot his name sorry. The check in ladies at the desk were very nice & helpful. Also the ladies that exchange money for you were sweet. The Inn at Mazatlan is a beautiful place to stay. Me & my family stayed there for a week & did not want to leave. The Room was very spacious & nice. The Views from the front & the back balcony were amazing. The A.C. was very good just a little noisey but we didn't mind. The beds were comfortable & thank God for 3 bathrooms in the 2 bedroom unit. One bathroom didn't have hot water but the other 2 did so it worked out fine so why complain. They cleaned the room daily for no extra charge. They had construction going on but we did not hear anything that was too loud or disturbing. We had a great experience there & will def go back there really soon. The breakfast buffet at Papagayo was amazing. Everything was fresh. I would trade in my time share in Orlando Florida if I could own at The Inn at Mazatlan. When they finish remodeling this will be the best Hotel in the Golden Zone. The only issues I could say that needs improvement are the Internet & there was no gym on site. However with all of the walking you can do who needs a gym. Mazatlan has the best Seafood ever & its reasonably priced. We can't wait to go back there to the Inn. The Timeshare presentation was not bad at all. There is no pressure & the people are so nice you won't mind going. Not to mention the breakfast was on the house at the presentation
Everything was fresh & tasted amazing at Papagayo we ate there for breakfast almost every day. Wanted to try Rico's across & they were very good too.
Please beware of the drivers & people on the street that want to give you US dollars for a time share presentation. It's a scam & they will rip you off. They have nothing to do with the Inn at Mazatlan. Other than that please book your next reservation at the Inn at Mazatlan. It's pretty safe there in Sinaloa, they have Police everywhere so have fun.

Summer Stay

Locals arrive Thurs eve and depart Sun/Mon. Lots of night noise around beach. Lots of kids in both pools. Resort access is not enforced so anyone can enter property. Work around pool adds noise. Resort doesn’t respond to concerns.

Mazatlan Inn Hotel

Do not recommend this hotel, my husband and I had an awful experience. We travel to mazatlan once a year and decided to stay at this hotel. There was no hot water to shower, we informed front desk three times and also told the maid to no avail. They kept saying they will send someone; however, it was never happen. The elevators did not work, we had to use stairs at all times. Room service never came unless you call them, and when they came they were rude. Do not recommend this place at all.
