How to Get There
I had arrive in the hotel with a warm welcoming from the staff! I just wanna say it's was fantastic, the room is very clean, pool is very clean, good service. And I would have suggest, please low down the price of the drinks like coke, sprite, etc. It's just sound bad to buy it because it's so pricey and waste of money. Btw, keep up the great service!
All feeling of the hotel are good, crew and environment
But there are 2 time of power drop during our living days, the TV refrigerator and air conditioner are not working around 30 min when 11pm ,
Just a little pity.
Arrived here after 26 hours of travelling and the staff at this hotel were amazing, go out their way to help. Food was really good, more expensive than town (but that’s what you expect at hotels, still really good value), well worth it!. Really good breakfast, went to visit the temples at 4AM, staff made a breakfast box for us to take. Hotel very clean and in good location. Moved onto Phnom Penh wish we stayed at Silver Palms longer. If I am back in Cambodia would definitely stay here again. Thank You
Silver Palms residence is a fabulous oasis set on a side street just off the main road. We stayed for 4 nights. The building is impressive with well thought fixtures and fittings rooms are chic cosy but spacious at the same time. The bathrooms are clean with all the accoutrements you would expect from a quality hotel. The rooms contain a very large walk in shower and a large stone bath. The hotel has kitchen staff that did their upmost to ensure your food was presented as you would like.
It is at this point I have to mention the breakfast, it is by far the best one I have had in Cambodia. It is quality and plentiful catering to all tastes including my partners vegetarian diet. The swimming pool area is clean tidy and appropriate. The hotel has the feel of quality, the staff are attentive friendly and do everything to ensure that your stay is without question a superb relaxing experience. In particular staff member " Da" was helpful beyond words, which we appreciated greatly. I would recommend this place and most certainly stay there again.
The room itself is amazing. A huge bed with air on and a massive bath. The room was cleaned each day to a very high standard. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. This is one of the best places I’ve stayed. It’s about a 10 minute ride to town in a tuk tuk which is only around 2-3 USD.
We’re glad we stayed out of town as the bars are open late and would be so loud if you stayed in town.
All in all it has been a brilliant week. The shower in the room is brilliant it’s like a waterfall the amount of power it has.
I would 100% recommend this to anyone and if I return to Cambodia in the future I will be more than happy to return.
