I had been to siem reap, and i chose Pacific Hotel to stay for 2nights and 3days, from my experiences really amazing. Which also one of the reason why i always want to go back to visit Siem reap over again and again. Well this hotel really care and considerate about their guests. The environment and atmosphere designed to Cambodia history... like Angkor Wat style. And once you enter to the hotel, the hotel assistant come and greet you politely with respectful in traditional way. And sound background that they always playing inside the hotel really relaxing that help you from feel refreshing after along flight.

The Hotel is very impressive... but not as impressive as the staff... I have never come across such genuine joy and wanting to please .. nothing was too much trouble. Sophantih was especially helpful and just wanted to make my stay perfect. My room was beautiful.. four poster bed and 2 showers!

There is the most excellent Spa at the hotel wich is totally worth doing.. more than once . After a hot day at the temples it is a perfect way to relax. Reaksa is the perfect host .She will help you find the best treatment for you. She is also very interested in you and your day . She made me feel very welcome but in a humble genuine way .

Spa was very nice

Me and my three family members decided to go to the spa for a massage and we were very pleased with the whole process. The employees were very kind and showed us the facility which looked nice. We got a two hour oil massage for our full body and face. The masseuses were gentle but effective.

First of all, this country as a whole is amazing. The Pacific hotel showed us such hospitality, we felt that they carried the embodiment and spirit of all Cambodians.

As a hotel, everything was great: from our rooms, to the spa treatments, and heated pools. We loved every minute. But again, what stood out for us was how amazing the people are. Thank you!
