How to Get There
This is an absolutely fantastic hotel with superb customer service. At any time I asked for assistance or help my request was responded to immediately. The lobby is beautiful, the rooms are well appointed (although the beds are somewhat hard) The morning breakfast buffet is mainly traditional Asian cuisine although they do offer some Western dishes for breakfast. I highly recommend the two hour massage at the spa. I will plan to stay here again!
Very affordable, spacious room w/ great view of pool. Beds are firm ( Im very picky). We picked this hotel very quickly because of a last minute decision to go to Cambodia, but I'm sure this stay MADE our trip memorable. We booked a one-day tour through the hotel and our driver Seyha was outstanding. He took us to all the amazing sites, gave us tips (great for us tourists) shared with us a lot of Cambodia's culture, and most importantly was honest about the fares with surrounding areas (taxi rides and souvenirs, great advice!). But we could not have done all this with out the excellent service of the support staff. Thank you so much Sokunna, Thavary, Tola, Sophanith and Mongkol. You truly made our stay memorable and surely we will surely be staying again and recommending to friends in the future. Thank you so much!

We arrived in Cambodia last Saturday and we checked out of our hotel earlier today. Since our flight is still at 955pm later, we decided to stay at The Pacific Hotel & Spa. The staff here are very accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and even arranged free airport transfer for us. Cambodia is such a beautiful country with delicious food and kind people. The Pacific Hotel & Spa is our final stop and it's truly nice!
