Fantastic location, comfortable rooms

You can't beat the location - in the heart of Xintiandi. Easily accessible to Huaihai Road, Fuxing Road and not that far from the Bund.
Rooms are comfortable - good beds, high tech washlet toilets, electric curtains and drapes, rainforest shower within the bathtub area, nespresso machine, sumptuous breakfast. Hotel has a boutique feel, not like a massive one or that of a big chain. Great for business, tourist or family stay.

Excellence guests service but some flaws in the room

Great customer service overall. We were given a room very close to the elevator and the key card didn’t work. The front desk staff immediately apologised and switched us to the corner room - although on a lower floor. One of the lightbulbs was running on and off and they sent someone to change it right away.

However re the sink where you turn on and off the hose was pretty badly designed as it requires extra attention to turn it off otherwise the water will keep on running - which could be pretty annoying as it’s wasting water and the runny water noise.

Overall, the hotel is conveniently located in xintiandi which is within 10 min taxi away from most of the main attractions.

Great Stay

It was great staying here. The staff are super nice and the buffet food was great. The pool and gym was amazing and the rooms were so nice. Location is great, I definitely would stay here again next time.

OMG - what WiFi - OMG ££££ for drinks

I can’t understand the worst ever internet ever, over 4 nights.. had to use my 4G nearly all the time the WiFi is unusable for business or pleasure. Because of this I will probably stay somewhere else gratefully next time in Shanghai. The bar prices are far to high both for the service or value for money, if you like to give your money away buy drinks in the bar you will quickly spend a lot.
