Superior & Deluxe Room twice in a week

Stayed in the deluxe room and superior room as I had to go other cities thus moved in and out of Shanghai, and staying at Pullman Jing An.
Except for the part that it was the change of season from winter to spring, The hotel does not switch on air-conditioning during that period of time, so there were days whereby it was really hot in the room with the heater still on. Other than that, the hotel is great.

The hotel is at Shanghai Railway station, which is very easy to go somewhere else, as there are 3 metro lines that the entrance nearby the hotel, just turn left to line no.1 or turn right to line no. 3 and no. 5. Moreover you can take the airport bus from Pudong airport, which directly to Shanghai Railway Station.

A disgrace treatment to loyal ACCOR customer

I have sponsored with the highest loyalty integrity one of ACCOR proerty in China, participated to the many internal events, supported all of the surveys emailed to me for 10 years, close an eye on the occasional mistakes supporting the hotel continuous effort and accordingly I thought to continue my effort I would stay the Jing An where I thought I knew its GM but made a great mistake.
The hotel was reserved many weeks in advance. None of the reservation were ready, we spent close to 30 min to check-in. We were denied the Club Floor for some non-sense reason even though ready paying for it. We were then invited to join the Club Floor.
The rooms were unacceptable, small, used carpet, noisy, other customers were smoking on the non-smoking floor.
The staff in general were simply impolite and rude, except the staff on the Club Floor who were extremely courteous, most available and extremely kind.
The food was acceptable, though the staff at the main restaurant were simply poorly trained incapable of even bringing a simple coffee.
This experience was simply horrible which motivated our anticipated checking-out by a week. I will no longer stay at an ACCOR property. I found this behaviour from the GM completely ridiculous, unprofessional after writing to him several times simply ignoring my communication. He should simply find another job.

At the restaurant it was not possible to charge the cost of a bottle of white wine on the room bill. Not having a credit card with me, they let me take to the room, with a waiter with a portable poss to get paid. 👋👋👋.the room on the ninth floor (919) furnished well and with all the conforts was noisy because it was placed at the height of an engine or several engines .To sleep I had to use earplugs..the next day I reported to the reception and they proposed me for the afternoon I have a room change that I did not accept since it was now the last night.Alternatively, I received a late check-out as a reward. Spa was closed .

the man who helped me for 1st check out and 2nd check in was the same guy whose family name is JIANG and he was not friendly at all, overall the hotel and the rooms are good enough as usual as other pullman.
