How to Get There
Thank you for Shangrila professional and excellent personal services. It made my stay a very comfortable and enjoyable, like home at Shanghai!
My special thanks to Service Manager Ken Wang, Horizons Club Kenny, Elaine, Leah, Henry, Aimee, Sophie, York, Ella and many more friendly staffs. Each of them provided us an exceptional good services and help. The location and the facility is also great with walking distant to subway and famous scenic spots!
I shall come back soon. Thank you all again.
I travel to Shanghai roughly once a month for an extended stay of sometimes 3-4 days. The executive lounge is my favorite and most frequented part of my stay. Angelia, Evie and Ivy are always a pleasure to see, and they, as well as the others in the lounge are always pleasant and quick to help make my time in the lounge so enjoyable. I look forward to each visit.

Checked in here having done a tour through China using Shangrila. We had an issue with our room which initially created disappointment as we had been already 16 nights in Shangrila throughout the Country.
We spoke to Judy in Horizon Club and wow what an amazing Lady. She sorted our issues. Offered us an amazing upgrade. It turned out to be the highlight of our 19 days.
Couldn’t have been more spoiled and the ambience in this Hotel is amazing.
If you can do Horizon Club I recommend it.
The night time views are truly spectacular.
Judy you are an incredible ambassador for Shangrila . So professional. In fact I spoke to a lady in the lounge from Canada and she said she had been coming there for ten years because of Judy. That speaks volumes. I would reiterate her sentiments. Sometimes it’s not always about the Hotels but it’s people.
We had the lovely Eve every day looking after us. Thankyou Judy. You did make our Hotel stay amazing.
This was my first hotel in my first trip to China and I was not disappointed.

Hotel - Beautiful, Classy hotel; Large atrium looking onto the city
Rooms - Excellent, well appointed rooms with comfortable beds; incredible views from the room, architecture everywhere was stunning and lit up at night
Food - Gui Hua Lou Restaurant was fantastic! The menu is intimidating but our server was there to help; Breakfast buffet was first class
Staff - Excellent service and all spoke English for me
I will stay here on my next trip out!
