Paradise

The hotel was amazing, from the time of check in to check out .Staff were very friendly and professional.
Breathtaking view,truly paradise!
Beds were amazingly comfortable and rooms clean 24/7.
Good choice of food for breakfast (loved the creamy doughnuts,in fact had to request the restaurant to pack for me some of those which they happily agreed. Merci!)
Spent our last evening at the bar . Service was excellent . Bar man was comedic, so friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had great service.

Would I go back ? Yes!!

Luckily it is in Seychelles, otherwise it would be 1 star

We have been to several different hotels from Four Seasons around the world, and this one was by far the worst experience we ever had.
They have 3 main restaurants, and all of them are priced as a Guy Savoir restaurant, which it would be fine as you are at an isolated island, but they offer such low quality food that we decided to ask for room service most of the day as the food quality was awful and the service was terrible as well.
Seychelles is a great country to visit, but please do a favor for yourself and avoid at any cost this hotel.

Great people

Our second stay. Great people drive this hotel. Restaurant staff, the beach guys, the buggy guys, so good. Thank you and WELL DONE.
Just one negative, buzzsaws making a noise. Inevitable to manage this resort. Irritating!
However when we complained they dealt with it.

Wonderful holiday!

Wonderful holiday!
Me, my wife and two daughters (6 and 3) spent 4 days in this excellent hotel.
The villas are amazing and the kids loved it to be able to swim almost 24/7 :)
The beach is very nice with many activities to do.
For kids an excellent option is the kids club where they have a daily plan full of indoor and outdoor activities.

To avoid!

With my boyfriend we wanted to have a drink in the hotel bar. We do it very often in Paris and in many places we are visiting. For the first time in our life, they refused to serve us at the bar. However, the worst part is that the security let us enter and didn’t tell us that the bar is 20 minutes walking from the entry. Arriving at the lobby they indicated us the bar and didn’t say that there would be any issue. Finally, arriving at the bar, they said that they don’t serve people from outside. It was very unkind, especially after 20 minutes of walk. The worst experience ever. After this experience we will never stay at any of the Four Seasons Hotels. There are so many luxurious hotels that don’t treat this way its potential clients. They have many things to learn. Shame on this group.
