We were celebrating our 50th anniversary with a stay at this beautiful B & B. Everything was more than we could have expected. The room was lovely with a mattress we wanted to wanted to take home with us. The breakfasts were excellent along with all the snacks and night time desserts. Such a nice get away. We will be back!

Outstanding get away

My wife and I spent 5 nights at this B&B. from check in to check out and everything in-between, we where extremely pleased. The location is minutes from all the experiences of Pigeon Forge, and a nice scenic drive to the Smoky Mountains. But the best part was simply waking up, looking off the deck to what we could only describe as breath taking. While this location is minutes from the attractions of Dollywood and Pigeon Forge, all you hear is the sounds of the mountains. Whether it was a storm, light rain, or a clear sky, breathtaking. The owners and staff of this B&B let us in their lives for the stay and outside of the location and view, their homemade breakfast and evening desert where outstanding. There attention to detail, commitment to your stay, all made this a well worth trip to stay for a reset..

Peaceful and beautiful gem away from the tourist trap

Super nice folks. Great property. Great breakfasts. Beautiful views, and, best of all, away from the noise and tourist trap nonsense. Recommend highly. I did not get to experience all the lodge has to offer as I was in the area for a sports tournament, but it was great.

What a wonderful treasure!

What a wonderful few days at Berry Springs Lodge! I would definitely recommend that you visit. This is the first trip we have ever taken to the mountains where we took the time to relax. The owners and staff are so friendly and welcoming! The property is beautiful, and there is plenty to enjoy, from the wonderful breakfast, hiking, fishing, outdoor games and evening dessert and coffee. It will not disappoint! It is minutes from Pigeon Forge but offers privacy and seclusion. Thank you Patrick, Sue, Melissa and Kate for your hospitality. We can’t wait for our next visit!

Everything was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Great food and desserts. Excellent service! Loved the homey decor. Movies, books, exercise equipment and the barn full of activities were amazing amenities. Very clean and the turn down services made our experience memorable. We'll be back!
