Great all round

Stayed here for 2 nights on a visit to Edinburgh. The location is ideal for walking distance to all the major attractions and about a 5 min walk to the Royal Mile. The staff were very friendly and professional. Our room was lovely and the bed was comfortable. There is a safe in the room and provide tea and coffee making facility and hairdryer. The breakfast is excellent quality and a good variety of foods. They can make you additional things on request and at an additional charge. Definitely worth staying here if you are coming to Edinburgh.

Fantastic Hotel, Very comfortable beds

Just back from 10 Hill place Edinburgh, we booked this as we had tickets for a show on Sat night at the queens hall, this hotel was less than 10 mins walk from the venue, We Checked in and got an upgrade on arrival, the twin room was massive, so was the bathroom, although the bathroom was designed for mobility issues ( so no bath my personal preference but this wasn't the hotels fault and the upgrade was very much appreciated )

Beds were very comfortable , one of the best beds i have slept in

We were on the DBB rate so each had a £30 allowance for dinner, as we had show tickets and needed away early we just selected 2 courses from the pre theatre menu we both had the fish and chips and sticky toffee pudding both courses were fabulous.

We had the same waitress this morning for breakfast as we had for our evening meal ( Michaela i think the ladies name was apologies if i have this wrong ) She was simply wonderful, very helpful credit to the hotel. Breakfast was buffet style of hot and cold but a nice selection of each. Would stay here again .

Staff all very helpful , really nice inside

Lovely Hotel - Great Staff!

First visit to this recently refurbished/extended hotel in Edinburgh. The hotel is in a very convenient location for city-wide and further afield exploring. The staff are attentive, knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful/friendly. The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout with lots of little 'quirky' furniture/paintings here and there. Our room was sizeable, comfortable and elegantly decorated and had all you needed for a great stay (except for maybe another comfortable chair?). The restaurant and bar areas are lovely and would was of a high standard.
