Stunning visit to a beautiful City and excellent hotel. Will be returning to both, nothing was too much trouble from restaurant advise to printing boarding passes
Lived the pool and Sauna and was defiantly worth the extra few quid

Will be back.

Can't fault any part of it. Exceptional experience.

Solo travelling. Superior room. Location is excellent, especially with Calton Hill just round the corner for a morning walk and views.

Breakfast was perfect - especially the individual coffee pot.

Staff were all lovely and professional.

Exceptional experience. Will be back!

What it is like at the apex

When I visited Edinburgh, it was my first time in the city, the staff all made me feel welcome from the moment I entered the hotel. Check in was an easy process however as I had an early morning train my room was not ready yet, so the staff offered to take my bags and put them in my room when it was ready for me so I could start to wonder around Edinburgh and get started on my holiday,
Once I went up to my room I found, in my opinion, a very good hotel room, it was very clean, smart and home-like.
And as for the overall feel of the hotel, I found it complimented what the city is, perfectly. A perfect cross between the preservation of the history of the building on the outside and a marvalouse modern interior.

Nice hotel

It was a nice experience for travelling from Inverness to London but the pool had way to much chlorine as it triggered my asthma. But nice rooms very big beds and nice TV would recommend it for solo travellers who are having a 24 hour Stop over.
