Great Chilean Experience

Stayed three nights over period of a week. Very good location in Lasterria District. Walked to Mercado Central and San Cristobol Park. Nice rooms. Family was in 605 and 606, which worked great for family of five. Great rooftop bar and restaurant. Breakfast each morning was nice. Staff were fantastic. Jose at the front desk and bellman Daniel were particularly helpful and friendly. Will definitely return.

Lovely unique hotel!

This hotel is really lovely, with interesting and quirky decor. The rooftop bar/restaurant has splendid views of the city and has fantastic food and cocktails! The rooms are really nice and comfortable. The hotel is very central and the surrounding area has a lot of bars and restaurants.

Excellent location, breakfast and rooms

We really liked this hotel. It is well furnished and stylish. It feels elegant and classy.

However do choose a deluxe (most expensive) room with a window facing the front. These larger rooms are spacious and have large bathrooms. The vanity units are in the bedroom though. The loos are with the bath/shower! There is ample storage space with wardrobes but on our second stay the smaller deluxe room had no space for suitcase storage. The bed, though, was huge, comfortable and The Best hotel bed by a mile on this trip to Chile!

Do be aware that front facing rooms can be noisy. There is a lot of drumming, meetings in the park at night and shouting with the police turning up every so often.

Plenty of restaurants nearby but not all recommendations from staff are good. Definitely avoid Casa Del Chef! Awful! Stick to Lastarria or Bella Vista. Hold on to your bags in Bella Vista though! Robbery hot spot! Easy walk to museums, art centres and cultural areas. This hotel is a great choice.
