How to Get There
The Hotel itself is very unique and sofisticated ....restored well . The layout of the room was very stratigically formatted with the size , it made it roomy...very clean.
Service was excellent especially the front desk staffs . We have to leave early and they organised an early breakfast for us, which was already set up on the table.
It has restaurant at 7th floor which was so cute and unique with glass floors.....you can see through the floors down below, food were great and price are reasonable.
My husband and I loved everything about this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by lovely staff.. we were given an upgrade to a room facing the park room 501 church we liked. I could have the windows open for fresh air and a great view of the Andes the park across the road and CeroSan Cristobal.. bliss..
Breakfast was just deliscious and the snack we had when we arrived yummy.
If you love your food its located just minutes from Bellavista or Lastaria where your food choices are abundant. Coffee shop right next door also.
Train station 200 mtrs away.
Overall loved everything about this place.
You should come and try it for yourself.
We traveled around Chile and stayed at so many different places. To end our trip, we booked a couple of nights at Luciano K. And what a great hotel! Best service ever, nicest rooms and located downtown Santiago. They speak English fluently and will help you with anything you need. They offer a very personal service so you feel like a special guest. The interior of the hotel and the rooms is like art nouveau but all with a modern touch. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
The hotel is my favorite in Santiago by far, its got boutique feel, historical elevator (first in Chile) and also a modern one. The rooftop has great drinks and tapas, best view, and incredible atmosphere for anything from small film crews (my work) or a ton of date nights which I also see all the time. And Pierre, our concierge, really stood out each visit. Checking us in with a smile, a bit of humour, and incredibly helpful with upgrades, and recommendations, early breakfast options (film crews.. up at 5am), and extending our stay which we always end up doing because its hard to leave. Looking forward to being back here, and thanks Pierre as always.
So, I had a whole load of problems with this hotel, but every time I brought it to managements attention, they helped fix it, so while it was annoying, these things happen and they went out of their way to resolve it. so full marks there.
The rooms are really nice, beds fantastic, (but all on rollers so if you sit up in bed watching TV, you find the bed moving away from the wall), showers were great.
Breakfast was good selection
Rooftop lovely, but it is NOT a swimming pool.
Room lines, yes I saw 3 room lines.
the hotel itself is a longish building sandwiched between 2 other buildings, so windows are at either end with some rooms having windows into a *very nice" air shaft.
X01, is overlooking the park, and probably the quietest of the rooms I saw. I think its the superior room.
X05, is a small basic room. You can hear the elevator doors, and people in the hall way. Window into air shaft with lanterns.
x09 (i think) opposite of 01, looks out onto a main street.
In summary, if you like boutique hotels, this one is great, well located with super friendly staff
