Stayed here for 3 nights. The staff could not have been more approachable and attentive. The ambience of the hotel was both warm and relaxing. Its location is good for a choice of restaurants to dine, although its own small dinner menu was more than sufficient for us if you want informal relaxed dining and all was cooked to order. breakfasts were delightful [Do not expect though a typical full English, they were more European continental in style].

Great stay!

Super friendly staff: we called the morning of our reservation wondering if we could have the room early after an overnight bus, and they managed to accommodate us within the hour, at 10am! throughout the stay, very kind and helpful staff at the lobby, and good tips about the great close by restaurants (which are worth it).

A Fantastic Small Hotel

I had 4 nights at this hotel. A fantastic place; I'll certainly go back on my next trip to Santiago. The staff were fantastic; very friendly and helpful, right down to the cleaning lady. I had a Junior Suite. The room was a fraction small, but the bathroom was perfect and the highlight was the huge balcony. I've never had such a large balcony before; and even though the weather was poor for a few days it was great to sit out there under the huge umbrella. The bed was great. The view at the end of the street, just 30 metres, is the old US Embassy. A grand old building. Breakfast and afternoon tea were both great. The pool and garden are very peaceful in the middle of a busy city. Noise wasn't a problem. The hotel was just 2 blocks from a tube station. The Santiago tube was very easy to use and safe. The hotel is on the edge of a barrio with a lot of great restaurants. Within 15 minutes walk there were at least 30 restaurants and bars. One was a sensational Italian restaurant, which I'll write a review on when I can remember its name. I couldn't recommend this hotel more highly.

Nice & quiet

We had two nights here on route to Gualaquil. Lovely hotel, staying in a deluxe room over looking the pool.
Breakfast was very good, eggs however you want it. Pastries, fruit, cereal, cold meats, juice, tea & coffee.
Afternoon tea was included which was a nice surprise.
Room was light & airy. Staff friendly & happy to assist. Free WiFi.
5min walk to restaurants.

Our Wonderful Home Away from Home!

We used this absolutely fabulous little hotel as our home base, as we travelled with our daughter who is attending the Catholic University in Santiago for the semester. The 3 of us ended up returning from side trips to the hotel a total of 4 times, only to be welcomed more warmly each time. The rooms are luxurious and clean, restaurant friendly intimate and inviting (eggs cooked to order any way you would like), fresh fruits, cheeses, yogurts, breads, cakes, muffins and made to order coffee.

We have become friends with several of the employees of the hotel. On several occasions they allowed us to check into our suite early without any additional charge, knowing we had been traveling.

You can't miss with this beautiful little gem!
