On California’s central coast, the JUST Inn is a four-room gem within the JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery. The dreamy location makes it a favorite with couples looking for a romantic weekend escape from the city, but the intimate layout also makes it a good pick for groups, multi-gen trips and wedding parties. All four rooms are individually designed in a contemporary, cozy style. Justification and Savant Suites are second-floor neighbors, both 600 square feet and outfitted with Queen beds, Hydro-spa tubs, fireplaces and flat-screen TVs, while the first floor Isosceles Suite (named for JUSTIN’s iconic wine) fills a 1,200-square-foot space with an extra kitchenette and spacious living area. The 1,400-square-foot Vintner’s Villa is a private hideaway with a French country vibe, as well as home comforts like a full kitchen, dining room, California King bed and pull out sofa bed. Be sure to book in advance for dinner (Tuesday to Saturday only) at the seasonal Restaurant at Justin.

How to Get There
We found the Just Inn to be very relaxing. The inn was clean and quiet. It is located in a beautiful area. We walked through the vineyards each morning. The complimentary bottle of wine was perfect.
Would stay there again.
From the minute we arrived, we felt like VIP's. We got there just after the concierge had gone for the day, but we were still welcomed by a complimentary bottle of Savant (which was also the name of the room we stayed in) wine and a cheese and cracker plate. Our room was perfect; beautiful with modern amenities and a fireplace (but it was too hot - 102 -outside to use). The grounds were absolutely beautiful. It is a remote locale surrounded by acres and acres of vineyards. We even saw bunnies in the garden. All of the employees were terrific! They were helpful, friendly, and quite knowledgeable! We dined in the restaurant for supper, where the food was delicious and the service unparalleled! The wine pairing was a bonus! Loved our visit!
Stayed in the justification suite for the weekend and had a phenomenal time. It started off with a complimentary bottle of Justification and a charcuterie plate upon arrival. Relaxing, tranquil and at one with nature. Quail and turkey roaming the vineyards. A very romantic setting that I would definitely recommend.
I'm not sure where to begin, so I'll just start. This was a wonderful stay! I wanted to stay with my husband on a winery property, and I struggled to figure out which of the several in the Paso Robles area to choose. I am glad I chose the Just Inn, and here's why.
The room style is sleek and contemporary, yet is complements the Central Coast winery surroundings. The Justification Room was a fantastic choice. It has two large private decks, one more than you need. We read books in the rocking chairs and drank our coffee in the morning facing the vineyards. There are stunning views from each of the many windows. It's really a suite . . . separate bedroom area, living room, and bathroom. One little nit: The free wifi was spotty, thought it worked. It was just a little annoying at times.
The room came with a nice bottle of Justification wine, four large bags of almonds, a well stocked Keurig machine, all of the bottled water you could ever want, and a welcome gourmet charcuterie platter.
The included breakfast is wonderful, though you have a small window (8:30 to 9:30) to get to the restaurant. I imagine they could be a a bit flexible. We were the only ones saying on property the first night and one of two rooms the second, so they really do want to know when you're going to be there, I'm sure.
Your stay includes a winery tour and tasting. Even if you've done many of these in the past, this is a good one. I got a better insight into the winemaking process than in the past.
Try the expensive winery dinner if you get the chance. The food is great, and the pairings are an interesting way to learn about the food and the wine, and you're a short walk back to your suite.
If you join the wine club, you get 20% off of your room and the wine dinner. In the end, that's probably a good idea.
They do allow dogs ($100/night), but not in the dining room and not on the tour.
We joined, and I think we'll be back to stay another night or two, too.
We recently stayed at the Just Inn at the Justin Winery. We stayed in the Vintner's Villa. The accommodations are superb. This particular suite is by itself directly across from the Wine Society Building. It is upstairs and there is a second flight of stairs within the unit so it is not appropriate for someone with issues with climbing stairs.
The rooms are beautifully furnished and have a complete kitchen. You feel incredibly special when you come "home" in the evenings and the gates swing open just for you.
We took the tour with Art, who was patient and knowledgeable. We had the fabulous dinner in the restaurant with the wine pairings. It was a decadent meal and we have never had better service during a restaurant experience. The restaurant is very intimate and reservations are a must.
Breakfast each day was also a delight with warm and friendly service and innovative, quality meals served while you are looking out over the vineyards.
This was an incredible trip for us and we recommend it highly to anyone with an appreciation for fine wine.
