The Pictures online are very deceiving the rooms are very Outdated & small. The pool was extremely small as well it was more like a foot pool. Plus Side was that the beach was literally right outside of the front desk but the elevators always had a stench of garbage which made the hallway smell. Gift shop in the hotel is again very small I did not eat at any restaurant near the hotel would always go into town customer service was OK was offered rum punch when checked in but that’s all.

Unforgettable Stay

Upon check in we were given complimentary "rum punch", it was pretty strong and delicious! Once we got settled into the room I stepped out onto the balcony to check out the beach view, it was fantastic and amazing! Overall it was a decent room with a awesome A/C to help battle the humidity and heat! The shower had great pressure, and bathroom was clean and nice! Beds were reasonably comfortable and room service was decent, pizza was not what we usually get back home but it was edible and still yummy!

Decent enough

We all know the Caribbean is expensive, hotels can be notoriously overpriced and although this fits in to the category we enjoyed our stay.

Upon arrival it’s a lovely touch to get a complimentary rum punch (excellent measures too!). Reception staff although slow at times are friendly, welcoming and are knowledgable.

We hired a car and thankfully there was lots of parking spaces available. Our room overlooked the beautiful Carlisle Bay, as per many other reviews the actual rooms are a bit tired and dated but the beds are comfy and the views more than make up for a bit of 70s throwback.

My stay was okay, I found the bed mattress to be very hard which made for restless nights. Some of the staff I found to be rude and defensive rather than be professional and resolve the issue. It was an experience I won't soon forget.
