How to Get There
This was a wonderful hotel with an amazing ocean view. Upon arrival you will be greeted by the friendly staff with complimentary drinks
Hotel is a beachfront property and staff is amazing. Hotel provides various activities and tours for guests on a daily basis. I would stay at the property again!!
We stayed here for a one week vacation. I love that it's a smaller hotel compare to other bigger hotels. Makes it more cozy and give me a peace of mind when i let my children (age 12 and 10) roam around the pool/beach area and to our room on their own. It's a very family friendly hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Also the location is very good. it's relatively quiet, easy access to public transportation.
We stayed here twice- on a lower level ocean view room which had a nice Carlisle Bay view but was a bit dated and noisy (frogs are a constant chorus in Barbados!) and on return when we were upgraded to a top floor premium room which was fabulous with views over Carlisle Bay and Bridgetown Garrison precinct. Guest services were great and helpful- walking tours, booking cars, tours, guides and helping with logistics- all smiles and making all the calls. Restaurant was pretty good, especially if you go for more local inspired dishes.
Found the hotel overpriced for the quality of service we received. Couldn't get room service because the staff would ignore the phone. It would ring and ring and they would just stand there talking to each other. Housekeeping doesn't show up till 5pm and they ran out of beach towels by 1:00 in the afternoon. It wasn't even that busy. Would not recommend this hotel at all. I will pay the extra and stay at the Hilton next time.
Loved our stay at the Radisson, very friendly staff especially Shane on beach.rooms were cleaned every day,had breakfast twice expensive£21 but delishious. The seaweed washed up on the beach daily was annoying but it's nature!we just walked along the beach to pirates cove or boatyard where the sea was clear beautiful.perfect location to stay, was nice to watch the horses bathing in the sea daily.walked along to the Hilton hotel next door so glad didn't stay there their beach and view was horrible.rooms were big, beds comfortable, the only thing I could fault was that my bed smelt a bit dampish but it hasn't put me off as definatly want to return to Barbados and would stay here again😍
