How to Get There
Great accommodation and great staff a lot of food especially Jamaican food love it. Rooms need renovation and air conditioning needs improvement. If the modernize the guy rooms it would be five starss
My family and I stayed here 7/11/19 - 7/16/19 and had the most wonderful experience. The resort was very clean and had so many activities for everyone to participate in. We enjoyed lounging by the beach or in the lazy river. The food and drinks were exceptional. The absolute best part about the resort was the amazing staff that the resort employes. Every staff member was smiling, personable and if you make the effort to get to know them, they are open and inviting. We developed a great relationship with Imani, a barista at the resort. Although we didn't spend much time getting coffee, she made the biggest impact on our trip. She is very charismatic, funny, sweet, wise and genuine, all while remaining very professional. We would have like to see Imani as a bartender so we could have had even more interaction with her. She has a great personality that would fit very well as a bartender. We also made a friend in the beach bartender, Neville, who provided great service and good insight into his life in Jamaica. Others who made an impact on us during our stay, Shadan, security, Oshane, bartender, Jarmone, server, Kemesha, cocktail waitress, Roan, concierge. They are all very wonderful.
My experience was very relaxing. The spa services were wonderful. Food was delicious happy that so many cultures were included in what was served. Only complaint was the open smell of marijuana. The DJ's in club selection of music was outdated. Overall I truly enjoyed my.stay.
