How to Get There
The hotel was very nice. The staff were friendly. The sea was perfect. The food was really delicious. The pool bartenders were great. It was relaxing. Jamaica is a wonderful place to visit! We definitely will return.
Everything was great from service to food to entertainment. Spa was wonderful. Beach very nice and not so many other resorts in this area have a beach at all! Went snorkeling 3 times and each time was a bit different. Love that it is included and can leave right from beach. The catamaran sail was very fun. Had to go to marina to do this and only had rum punch or mimosa to drink. Really enjoyed the Sat night Gala around the pool and the beach party on Mon, very special events.
Nice location an a beautiful beach. Beach cleaned daily with plenty of sun loungers and free water sports. The glass bottom boat, catamaran cruise and Dunn’s River falls were all brilliant. Staff very friendly and can’t do enough to help you. Food in all of the restaurants was good. Spa was amazing. We had the couples massage which was really nice.
Hotel is a bit tired in places especially the corridors which reminded me a bit of being in an NHS hospital, a bit dark and dingy.
Cockroaches in the bathroom, 2 nights running. We insisted on being moved and they upgraded us to a suite in the end. Manager was very apologetic but ruined the holiday for me unfortunately.
My friend and I just got back from staying 7 nights at this Couples in Ocho Rios. The staff was outstanding, the beach was secluded, food was delicious. Beautiful property in so many ways. 5 stars ⭐️. Jamaica, we’ll be back. Yeah Mon.
My wife and I stayed 7 days at CTI. Overall, we enjoyed it.
We stayed in the 5 building, the walk wasn't bad and the view was fine. I say the walk is easy if you're mobile.
The room was in good shape, dated as people have said but very clean.
The food at all of the restaurants was good. Although the food at the breakfast buffet was a bit cold if you came later. We loved the snack bar late night for some munchies. Beef patties all day!
If I had a complaint in the food/restaurant areas, it would be the allowance of people to come in barefoot. We saw 6 people eat barefoot in the breakfast area. Very off putting. I wish there was an enforcement of a shoe/sandal policy.
We didn't spend much time at the pool or main beach. We spent most of our time at the Island and also did 2 swap days at CSS.
The island was awesome, really great people. I know if we didn't go over there we would have not met such good friends. Sadly, we didn't get to play many games over there as a staff member no showed a few days.
In regards to Au Natural- CSS is the better option in my opinion. They have an entire area dedicated to this with a pool and beach (and food).
We did the catamaran cruise one day; it was just okay. We basically went down to Dunns and turned around. It was free so no worries but if I paid for it, I would not have been pleased.
Overall, I'd go back with out hesitation but I think we would ultimately pick CSS because of the AN options.
Ya mon, respect :-)
