How to Get There
This is be far the most elegant and beautifully breathtaking hotel & resort. We hope it is open since we luv to go back. The staff are terrific and totally take the best care of us. The menus are great & management is the best. WAY BETTER THAN IBEROSTAR next door BAD BAD IBEROSTAR.
This was our 5th anniversary trip. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. The pools were to die for. Part of the hotel was still under construction on one end but the part that was in use was fully functional and clean. Room service was very fast. The menu was good. The menu at the pool was amazing. The ceviche was the bomb. I would like if there were some more traditional Mexican dishes though.
The hotel is nice and clean. It proudly offers one of the largest swimming pools in Latin America. Have been here for two days and honestly nothing has impressed me. Service is good (standard for all good Mexican resorts and hotels, and nothing less is expected) Food is good to average. Drinks are more on the below average area (e.g. No sangrita to couple with Tequila in the State where Tequila is produced is sort of odd, or quite ordinary Margaritas). it feels commercial in several aspects and taxis are way too expensive in the hotel and neighborhood. If you plan to come to Puerto Vallarta or Punta de Mita, I suggest other locations in the Pacific coast of México (e.g. Huatulco) if you plan to visit Mexico's breath taking beaches.
