How to Get There
This was quite the experience from the moment we entered the first gate. It took 8 minutes to drive to the reception and during this time we entered more security gates . The drive up is green and lush as you are in the middle of the forest. We were met by a lovely polite staff member who took us on the golf cart to the Observatorio where we had made a reservation to have drinks at sunset. On the way, we stopped and he showed us a one bedroom
Bungalow with its own pool. It was gorgeous!
Once we got to the top of the Observatorio we were the only ones there. The lovely Barman Hector made us wonderful drinks. We took photos from every angle of the gorgeous sunset. We had the beach on one side and the forest on the other. Completely secluded and isolated and really apart from our voices you could just hear the crickets and frogs chirping.
We decided to stay for dinner and it did not disappoint. We found it way to humid to sit outside so we were seated indoors and had it all to ourselves. The waiters were super friendly and the service was amazing.
The food was delicious. The
Vegetarian ravioli was incredibly
Flavourful and delicious. Another party member had the lamb osso bucco and raved about it. We tried all three desserts and they came out deconstructed. Delicious and creative.
We did not find the meal Including the wine and drinks we had earlier crazy expensive.Reservations are a must as you will not be allowed in without. Definitely worth making a reservation as it is an experience you don’t want to miss.
Great place to relax and disconnect form the every life ! The people that work here are incredible (nice , kind , helpful, concern ) they want to make an blissful experience in all the aspects posible !
Also the food and the wines are superb! The chef usually gets out of the kitchen to explain this dishes, great !!
Wow! I’ve been all over the world (Zanzibar, Phuket, Hawaii) and never expected to find the pinnacle of paradise in Punta Mita, Mexico. This unique 12 casitas resort sits on a private sand soaked cove just north of Punta Mita and is nestled into the lush greens of a palm tree jungle. While casitas might not be the right word since these are 1,000 sf luxury stand alone buildings are close enough to the surf that you can feel the mist. Most have a private pool and multiple terraces for reading and relaxing.
Add exceptional service and a quiet vibe that begs you to leave your worries at the boarder, it is hard to know why you’d go anywhere else. Punta Mita has great scuba diving (contact DivewithFrankie), the Four Season golf course is just 15 miles away, and if you want to surf, horseback ride or hike the full time activities Director is there to help.
We can hardly wait to get back!
