How to Get There
It was awesome, everything was perfect. The stuff is super nice and helpful!! If I have to say something “bad”, I can only say that there should be more information regarding the activities in the resort and outside the resort, but my stay was amazing and I would recommend this place to everyone!!!
I dont have time to write my complete review of this place YET. But I think anyone that gave bad reviews must not have known that you have to tip your servers, bartenders, etc. This is the most hard working staff I have ever experienced. This was my 1st time on a solo vacation and was treated like gold. Renee, Luciano, Freddy and Lucio (just to name a few) and the entire staff work their asses off here. Will write full review at later time
Kore Tulum is an amazing hotel. It's beautiful, serene, and has a nice atmosphere. The atmosphere around the hotel has a perfect amount of relaxation and activities. The pool has a swim up bar, but closes at night for quiet time around dinner. They provide entertainment a couple times a week as well. The food was amazing. The rooms were clean and spacious. We adored all the staff members especially Sergio, the bartender. We will definitely be back!
this was my second visit to tulum staying in this great location place, the only down side is that you cant get into the ocean, there is no beach, but they have transportation daily to close by beach, we never used it, since the hotel was nice enough to enjoy, (the ocean was dirty from seaweed anyway), they had an amazing show every night, and big variety of food, great service and overall great vacation. the yoga classes were great with Valentina, that has been there also the first time we visit and both my husband and me were enjoying her classes, she made our vacation even more perfect. thank you
I spent 5 days at Kore Tulum and loved every second of it!! The facilities are wonderful and you can find anything you could ever need at the hotel, including free bike rentals and recommendationa. I was traveling alone but felt right a time home because of the wonderful staff and great people I met.
Alan, the activities coordinator, was always engaging and brought energy and fun to every activity. He made sure that I felt included even though I was a solo traveler.
I also made very good friends with the staff member Lucia. She was very patient with my broken Spanish and spent the time getting to know me and teaching me about herself as well. She also is a damn good bartender!
It’s the people that make a place what it is, and I would go back in a heartbeat to see these people again.
