How to Get There
I cannot say enough about the wonderful service at this resort. People like Jorge Luis in the World Cafe, Leanardo and his crew on the beach, and Alfredo at El Patio were absolutely as good as it gets when it comes to trying to satisfy our every need and making our stay so enjoyable. The food was excellent. Will definitely stay here again!
My husband and I got married at Dreams Riviera this October and us along with all of our guests have not stopped talking about how great of a time we all had. Our wedding coordinator, Marissa Ibarrola, went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding day was perfect. I told Marissa what I wanted for my flowers, decor, events, etc and she exceeded all of our expectations. Not to mention she was great to work with and such a sweet individual. I really can't say enough about Marissa... she truly made all of our wedding dreams come true!!
This hotel has so much potential! Having previously visited and recommended Dreams Tulum we decided to visit this hotel for a week long break. The hotel is on a nice sandy beach, the service is very good and the food is varied . However the hotel is very dominated by American wedding parties and their guests. All pleasant in part except that many are here for a 3 day booze up! Today the pool has been full of crowds of people getting drunk and louder by the moment. There is loud music constantly by the pool but it’s good to have spaces for all tastes. So I retreated to the Preferred Club beach. This swiftly became a meeting point for 3 different groups of people- who all put their own music systems on loudly (including sweary rap music) which left me and my kids the middle of 3 groups of partying people who were oblivious to the needs of others nearby. Last night my youngest daughter was scared when drunk guests in the corridor at 11.30pm we’re arguing outside our door and randomly knocking on guests doors. All great if you’re hear on a 3 day bender- but we’re not. We’re here for a family holiday and wouldn’t recommend it for that. Shame!
