How to Get There
We have been owners at the Royal Caribbean and Royal Haciendas for over 15 years so we have lots of experiences with the hospitality of the Royal Resorts staff and the amenities offered. The family centeredness of the Resorts has given us opportunities to share with our families almost every year and our groups have numbered anywhere from 2 to 44 people! We have thoroughly enjoyed our vacations, particularly at the Royal Haciendas where we will spend 3 weeks this winter beginning this November. We have gotten to know several of the staff over the years since we typically make use of many amenities including the children’s activity center, the owners hospitality room, the gym and yoga classes, the Palapa and Murales restaurants, the Rotunda Bar, golf course, and of course the different swimming facilities and the pool bars. The suites are very comfortable, clean, and the house keepers are wonderful. Special people who immediately come to mind are Jonathan who offers great yoga classes to start the day at 8am; Alfredo Salvatierra at the Owners’ Hospitality Room greets us with coffee and conversation after yoga; Gio, Lupita, Ileana, and Vanessa have offered us friendly concierge services over the years; Juan, Eduardo and Ramiro provide excellent menu services on the beach; Arturo and his bartender buddies in the Rotunda provide lots of laughs along with the margs and mojitos. We look forward to seeing all these folks at the Haciendas next week, Nov. 16-23!
This is not our first visit to Mexico but first time in The Royal Haciendas resout.
We loved the grounds, lots of pools and jaccussis. Many places to get food and drinks.
The quality of food is very good.
All staff is trying hard to please the guests.
The beach is really good with lots of beach beds and shade. No seaweed.
We had junior suite with kitchennete which was a nice addition to all inclusive plan.
Special thanks to Facilitues supervisor Janet.
She went extra mile to make our bed arrangements comfortable.
Many thanks to you!
I was disappointed with a clamsy attempt to trick us into membership presentation.
I was not clear about what a 1 hour presentation was about, did not get explanation or copy of the invitation to read the details. I only realised when I arrived on time to learn that I need my ID and it is all about membership promotion.
I might be interested to listed if the consierge was clear and frank.
This left unpleasant aftertaste.
I would appreciate more details about the resort amenities instead when we arrived. The resort is large and has much to offer.
It is families oriented and not for late nights disco or parties. Make your selecton with clarity.
Overall I liked it a lot and may be back.
We had never been in a catamyran. Raul Cabrera was our operator. He was very personable & knowledgeable. He made our experience very memorable & look forward to riding in another. I would recommend taking advantage of this amenity at the resort.
