How to Get There
We have owned here for about ten years and continue to enjoy coming back. It's a resort where you can be very busy with the activities or just relax by the pool or at the beach. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. The food is delicious. There are many parks to explore nearby.
We stayed in this resort third year in the row. We usually choose the All-inclusive package. Food is good, service is excellent, room is everything you need. If you choose the all-inclusive, you won’t spend time in the kitchen 😊, but if you pay only for the room, you can make anything you can think off. This time the resort was not busy at all. We stayed 6 nights around Thanksgiving. We got lucky the second year, no needed to change the room on Saturday!!! My favorite part is the beach area. Like I said, third year in November, so No Seaweed!!!! Place is very safe. We traveled with the 7 years old girl and walked on the beach both direction without any concern. Beach service is the best, drinks, lunch with always smile from the service personal. Only one thing this year, I was not happy with some guys at the pool bar (maybe because of my all-inclusive bracelet…). We always leave a tip, but sometime for the one beer at the pool when you swimming….. come on!!!! We payed around 1,000$ for all-inclusive already… But anyway, everything else is great. We ate 2 times in the “Los Murales” , good food and service, no problem with the reservation, just call earlier in the morning around 10 am. We ordered breakfast from 24 hrs room service every day. We just like to seat on the balcony and enjoy the view. Buffet is great, every night they try the different cuisine. We never ate lunch in the buffet, I am sure it is great also. We did order lunch on the beach every day, the selection is not that big like in the buffet, but fish tacos or nachos are so good, and staying at the beach you don’t need to go to the room and change for the lunch. The all-inclusive covers the Kids Club. Our girl did not want to try it. It looks very cool, maybe if you have 2 or more kids, it will be a great option for you. Lobby bar is nice, we tried some crepes and they were good. Sushi are not that great, but maybe we just ate to much already after 5 days all-inclusive package. We are looking forward to coming back next year.
We had a great week spent here and cant wait to come back. The beach was beautiful, pool a little chilly, but all the employees were wonderful and all so willing to help. There is many activities to do throughout your week which was great. The food and drinks were also delicious and not to pricey.
Resort exceeded expectations in terms of service, broad, no "excuses" all inclusive with access to amazing Los Murales restaurant. Very good facilities: room, pool, beach, etc. Maybe average age a bit too high (majoritity of guests were over 65-70 yo).
What a great trip!
From the moment we checked in, everyone treated us very well and was so attentive - always with a welcome home and a smile!
We stayed Oceanfront in 301 A&B with friends, the room was perfect to share with another couple; plenty of separation for alone time and plenty of 'common area' to hang out in. The view was perfect to watch storms over Cozumel, the cruise ships come & go from port, and relax watching the beach/surf right below our room.
Around the pool Martin, Ismeal and Michel made sure our every request was met and we never wanted anything. Johnny, Leo, Louis, and Manu were great around the pool with activities and entertainment. Don't forget
Gasper and his amazing service!! The pool area was clean and relaxing everyday. The food around the pool was very good.
The resort felt clean and well maintained, our room was well tended to and night time turn down service was great.
We loved taking pictures with the animals everyday and then being able to pick and choose which photos we wanted.
Overall it was a great and very relaxing trip.
