How to Get There
Our room was not ready on the time indicated on the booking confirmation. We would have appreciated a cup of coffee on hotel expense while waiting. No coffee or any other treat was offered. We expected jacuzzi and a few more saunas in this type of hotel, but it was only one swimming pool and one sauna, so it is quite boring for the one who does not swim. However, we enjoyed our stay and nice food. Dinner in the Italian restaurant was perfect and service also was perfect. We also enjoyed nice breakfast with the view to the sea. Thank you. We enjoyed our stay in Jurmala.
Visiting the SPA we had to meet in the dressing room a grasshopper.
Disliked staff attitude and explanation that it is normal and that the grasshoppers are living here in the sauna rooms, but that they do live in a clean environment. Unexpected from a 5-star hotel.
I am not going to a SPA to meet grasshoppers.
I celebrated my birthday perfectly. It is only a pity that there was no champagne and strawberries in the room, as was my friends celebrating their birthday at this hotel.I am thinking of returning to this hotel also on the next birthday
The strength side of the hotel is the service, atmosphere, food in the restaurant and location on the beach. SPA zone does not correspond to 5 stars. It is good, but very simple and uninteresting. There was a strange smell in the sauna. Water in the jacuzzi would be warmer.
Thank you for high quality service, excellent food and room. Everything was very nice and holiday rest was perfect. We used deluxe room and the view was excellent. The only thing we missed was TV channel sortiment, it could be wider.
