Charming hotel, nice location
Reviewed 14 hours ago

I liked it, charming hotel with a nice atmosphere. We stayed at a grand suite on the 15th floor which had a good size.
The bed was very very good.

A coupple of things i did not like.
One of the days the room service was closed the whole day until evening.
The windows are poorly isolated, which makes them unable to cancel noise from outside.
The bathroom was quite cold, especially the floor. Even tough there was warm wheather and warm in the rest of the room.

Valet and Front Desk Staff

In addition to a lovely hotel, the Valet Staff, Manni, Manny, Francisco, Front Desk, Giselle, Emily and Andrew Bellman provided outstanding customer service. Even though it was a busy day to the Gay Pride Parade the still were outstanding!

One of Providence's Best

I've stayed at the Biltmore many, many times and it never disappoints. The rooms are HUGE! This trip we had a room with 2 beds...they only have King beds in their rooms which is awesome! The linens are great, the beds are very comfortable, 2 flat screen TVS...everything needed. The Biltmore is centrally located to everything downtown in Providence. Sometimes i think it's expensive, but most of the downtown hotels in Providence are priced the same and I almost always get the Biltmore if I make the purchase via Priceline and either accept one of the specials for an unknown 4 star property in downtown Providence or if I do a blind bid and that helps to lower the rate a lot. Valet parking is $32. There are some parking garages not far away that might save you a free $$

Charming and historic

Stayed here for several days while in town for a conference. Easy walk to the convention center, the mall and Federal Hill. I found the standard room very large with all the essentials. There are several restaurants nearby and it was an easy walk to the great restaurants on Federal Hill. The room was clean and spacious with a desk area in the separate living room. Bedroom had a large walk-in closet with a small safe. I would consider staying here again on a return trip if staying downtown. Overall great stay.
