House keeping questionable

I had a decent experience until I realized I left a brand new dress in the room.
I called the hotel right away.
The item was left in the room closet. Hotel staff was not particularly helpful. I had to call three times to get someone to actually go and check the room and was told that nothing was found.
Either housekeeping did not clean and check the room properly after I left and the next guest took it, or housekeeping stole it. I would not recommend this hotel and will certainly I will not come back.

Great stay in an upscale classic

We had a meeting in Providence at the Biltmore (now the Graduate) and decided to stay there as well. It is a classic hotel (probably about 100 years old) and certainly felt upscale to me. The classic old dark woods, great spaces and nice trims.
The service was very good and I'd book this hotel again.

Beautiful hotel

I can’t say enough awesome things about this hotel...I loved it when it was the Biltmore and love it even more as the Graduate Providence. We stayed in a Junior suite and were pleasantly surprised that it has 2 king beds and lots of room. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in! Can’t wait to stay there again!

Good stay, would return

Stayed here one night in whatever they call their small room. It was a little small but not New York or Chicago small. We didn't mind. This is an old hotel with some fresh paint and furnishings. If you don't like old hotels this is not for you.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and so was the king bed. It was clean and in good condition, no weird smells or strange noises. My wife realized as we were checking out that they had a Peloton bike in the fitness center and was super bummed she didn't realize that earlier so that she could have ridden.

We booked through hotwire and paid around $110, which we felt was the right price. We would go back.
