You’ll find vacation musts like on-the-sand cocktail service, water sports and 24/7 room service, as well as beachside dining at the restaurant, El Caribeño, and the region’s largest collection of tequilas at Tequila Bar Collection & Terrace. Unwind by one of the hotel’s two pools or get an outdoor massage under a palapa. In the Area

The hotel offers plenty of activities, including jet-skiing, water-skiing, snorkeling and sailing right off the beach, plus the free ChiquiClub for kids from four to nine. Really enjoyed our six nights at this wonderful resort. My husband is a Spire Ambassador and while he used points for our stay, we went ahead and upgraded to the club level, sixth floor. So glad we did! Loved our finely appointed room and the view from the balcony was fabulous! We went down for breakfast each morning and to the club lounge for drinks and light snacks each night. We were very happy with the quality and selection offered, and Israel and Jose were very attentive.
The beach as everyone says is beautiful and we enjoyed days by the adult pool as well. Thank you to Bernardo, Alberto and Leo for their excellent service.

Lastly, thanks to Christian and Jorge at the lobby bar, for the delicious cocktails and helping to improve my husband's Espanol. Always a fun end to our day. The staff at this resort are truly exceptional and we look forward to a future visit!

We returned to this property as it has never disappointed. The staff is very professional and so welcoming. Arrived on my birthday and was treated so very well. I strongly suggest the club level. The amenities are more than worth the price. The hotel smells wonderful, the service is top notch, the location is perfect. Immaculate grounds. Most beautiful beach. The best beach bar. Comfortable rooms. Great food and drink. If you’re looking for a very relaxing vacation, this is the place. I can’t wait for next year!

Impeccable red carpet treatment and guest attention – A Perfect Resort

Special thanks to Mr. Humberto Santos our concierge who was gracious in replying to each and every email over several months, and always being extremely timely with his reply, while providing me with impeccable detail as I planned this vacation as a celebration of my wife’s birthday. This definitely made our stay more momentous as we arrived extremely comfortable that everything would be perfect, and of course it was! The guys who helped us with our luggage are excellent too. They went out of their way to accommodate us and attend to our needs. Upon arrival our bags were immediately handled and from the moment we set our foot in the amazing lobby we had a fantastic time. The Bellman also escorted us directly to the Concierge Desk where Mr. Dolfo De La Torre, was awaiting our arrival and was very gracious as he checked us in as we were seated at the concierge desk. Adolfo took the time to explain everything in order to confirm our comfort was ensured.

The views of the ocean front room and our most comfortable king sized bed in our 6th floor suite was breathtaking. The balcony was large, clean and private with a view of the grounds, pools, beach and ocean. The room had a very large fantastic bathroom in size any layout which had both an oversized bathtub and walk-in raindrop shower. Even the bathroom had an ocean view! The room came with a wonderful Nespresso machine, water bottles delivered every day, robes, slippers, and a fantastic array of toiletries and travel items. The room even had electronic room darkening shades which the housekeeping staff lowered every night as part of their turn down services.

Presidente InterContinental is a divine resort. This location is first class. The beach has the most amazing cleanest and whitest of sand. It’s like talcum powder, with a clear, calm, and blue seas. The finest in Cancun. There are beachside lounge chairs with shade from umbrellas and palm trees and waiters who will bring you food and drinks all day! There is a vendor that offers water sports nearby; jet-ski, etc. Wi-Fi also reaches the beach! We never felt crowded on this beach at any time. The whole resort was always calm and quiet. The grounds are beautiful! Grounds are meticulously cleaned and maintained. Large, open, inviting, feeling more like a resort oasis, instead of a hotel.

Our thanks also go out to Carlos and Gustavo, and Israel, and Jose in the club lounge who greeted us every morning and evening not just like VIP’s but as friends and family. The club lounge always had an awesome breakfast & evening hors d'oeuvres continuous changing daily and delightfully served with mixed beverages, wines or beers each evening. Always fresh with great attention to every detail. Their staff remembers how you like your coffee in the morning and what you like to drink in the evening, providing it to you without ever having to ask. Omelets and other breakfast items are gladly made to order if you like.

This hotel is located close to nearby attractions yet not so close to disrupt the peaceful tranquil atmosphere of the resort. It's a very short walk to all of the stores, shopping, restaurants and night life, yet far enough away for quiet and solitude. A large very modern supermarket is just a 10-minute walk away.

My birthday celebration for my wife was the best because of the amazing staff and the incredible resort! I just can't say enough, about everything and everyone at Presidente InterContinental, we loved it!!

So much better than we hoped for.

We decided to no do the All-Inclusive this time around. Took a chance and stayed here. Fell in love as soon as we arrived. The lobby is stunning and the staff at the hotel are wonderful. We walked the beach and confirmed that InterContinental have by far the nicest beach around. Very deep, beautiful sand and no seaweed. Can't say the same for the RIU or Dreams. The resort is very quiet, just what we wanted. Even though it is not Adult Only, which we prefer, it felt like one as the guests are spread out and kids were well behaved. No drunk teens or adults either. The rooms we had, did not have a view of the ocean, however the view on the other side is probably nicer. water view with vistas of the other hotels lit up a night. We slept with the blinds up. Also you can walk the the large grocery store and many restaurants. We bought some food for breakfast every day. If you want to take the bus, the stop in right in front of the hotel and they run all the time. The only things we did not love was the sound of the traffic and that the room could use a couch, or chairs. Other than that perfection. We hope to come back here again and bring the rest of the family. Don't forget to visit the little pizza place across the street (Padrinos) nothing fancy but good food and so close.
