You’ll find vacation musts like on-the-sand cocktail service, water sports and 24/7 room service, as well as beachside dining at the restaurant, El Caribeño, and the region’s largest collection of tequilas at Tequila Bar Collection & Terrace. Unwind by one of the hotel’s two pools or get an outdoor massage under a palapa. In your room expect a fully stocked minibar and a flat-screen TV; Club Level rooms also include a complimentary breakfast and afternoon canapés and drinks, plus private terraces with ocean views.
In the Area
The hotel offers plenty of activities, including jet-skiing, water-skiing, snorkeling and sailing right off the beach, plus the free ChiquiClub for kids from four to nine. For those looking to explore beyond the property, the concierge recommends a stroll through Mercado 28, a flea market that sells works by local artists; swinging your clubs at one of the region’s 13 professional-level golf courses; and dinner along the Bojorquez Lagoon at the Belgian/French restaurant La Palapa Belga.
How to Get There
From the very beginning we were pampered by the hotel staff, from the front desk, hostesses, restaurant, room service and all the facilities, we were delighted. The view from our suite was amazing! The beach was clean and enjoyable... just perfect!
I have to admit that we initially secured a great deal on this hotel. All was good until we checked in. The clerk asked for a credit card for incendentials and local taxes. I signed the slip and was a little concerned that there was no amount on the slip but I trusted the clerk.
When I checked my statement he charged my card 26000 pesos about $1300 usd which is 300 usd more that I paid for the room for 8 days. After a heated exchange with the desk supervisor they refunded the money...then called me to pay the taxes which was 80 usd. If this was all...$80...why did they originally charge me $1300. Crafty!!
The hotel was very clean and the majority of the staff very friendly. Awesome beach! And two great pools. The food at the hotel was less than average quality and very expensive.
The less than honest check in experience really left a bad taste. I would not return.
Too bad that a bad clerk is ruining a pretty good hotel.
Excellent service, food. Little sargazum. Rooms are nice. I rather pay for a good meal or dinner instead of choosing an all inclusive, and this is the place. Free parking and wifi. I wish they offered the special wine and dessert meal since the beginning. (Ask for it).
Whenever I asked for something, the staff solved it.
Cleanliness great. The hotel is quite close to a new mall "Marina Puerto Cancun" which I visited 3 times. Locals are really nice.
