Our first experience at an all inclusive but not for a Vacation Opportunity presentation. This hotel is good and staff provided acceptable service. Room is above average but its location, right beside an elevator, was less than ideal. We could have asked for relocation but decided to suck it up as we were only there for 3 days. The presentation was billed as NOT like a Time Share but it surely had all the trappings of one! 90 minutes was respected, on our insistence, and our host Jorge O was very polite and understanding of our tough questions and ultimate rejection of the multiple offers tabled. If you have “been there, done that” politely decline the offer from Panama Jacks concierge staff. If never attended one, it will be an eye opener to hard sell tactics so be firm whenever you declare your FINAL position and the breakfast at the Hilton is slightly better than at Panama Jacks.
Nice hotel, but staff break my Nintendo in the room, they tell me that is not their fault.. Also we have a room with terrace, and you can't smoke in it... You will have a payment penality.. No one tell us this, and also smoke alarm start sound even if we don't smoke, it start just when we open the terrace door.. I don't recommend it to any one.. There is also a photo of the hotel with air hockey and 8pool, but That room doesn't exist.. Choose on other one
We stayed at Panama Jack Cancun for 16 nights in August,5 people in 2 rooms.Everything was almost perfect just a couple of things need to be sorted.Firstly the good stuff , the food was excellent in all restaurants, the poolside entertainment very good ,the rooms well maintained, the staff excellent a special mention to Rodolfo Johnathan Roger Benji and Lucia at the pool. Johnathan in at sunset,Rubi in the bar,Jahir and Hector in Panama Jack coffee co,Gabriella and Savier in concierge and chef Carlos ,but really all staff where great. The only small things we found could be better where we arrived at 9pm after travelling 18 hours from Ireland and one of our two rooms was not ready until after 10pm. More outdoor nightly entertainment would be good and maybe an equal percentage of Spanish and English music to keep the majority of guests entertained and Also we found drinks very weak but everything else for our 16 days was excellent. We will return in 2020 all going well and we would highly recommend Panama jack Cancun.
