Contemporary design meets modern comfort at this family-friendly resort. In the dual-level lobby, curvaceous furnishings face exotic fish tanks, and local art adorns the walls. Floor-to-ceiling windows afford views of the sprawling grounds from dining rooms with backlit wall designs, marble tiles and light rattan or wood chairs. For uninterrupted ocean views, make your way to the rooftop Sky Floor, where two of the resort’s three pools have swim-up bars.
Bed and Bath
Blond hardwood bed frames, marble-topped dressers and tiled floors create a less-is-more beach vibe in the spacious rooms, and private outdoor balconies are furnished with cushioned loungers. Double-size Jacuzzi tubs stocked with Chi products heighten the romance in Deluxe rooms and suites; add-ons in Concierge Level rooms include L’Occitane amenities, two massages at the spa and petit fours at turn-down.
Traditional Mexican dishes are offered at the international breakfast and lunch buffet at Tequila, one of four on-site restaurants and bars. Lunch can be as casual as poolside burgers and fries or as sophisticated as a Mediterranean feast at Bocelli. For dinner, choose between Japanese cuisine at Wok and Italian-style steaks at La Terraza. And if you get a huevos rancheros craving at 2 a.m. just call room service: it’s available 24 hours. During the day, kids do their thing on the water slide, and cocktails are served around three lounger-lined pools. Aloe-based treatments at the intimate spa soothe sun-kissed skin, and the Stadium Bar hosts live entertainment and streams sports on 16 flat-screen TVs.
How to Get There
Our family has been to Beach Palace six times in the past six years. We always have a wonderful time. The service is amazing. The food is fabulous. The hotel and beach are outstanding. On our last night, Maricruz at the Wok restaurant surprised us with a private table for dinner. Our waiters, Mirna and Luis were so kind. Miguel at Bocelli aways made sure everything was to our liking. The concierges, Bernardo, Regina and Vanessa were always helpful. Juan Carlos and Victor kept us hydrated at the beach. We will definitely be back.
Everyone was super friendly! I loved the atmosphere they seriously have the best customer service, nothing compared to America’s crappy customer service haha. Everyone was very professional has well the bell boys, front desk, activities representatives, room service, host, waiters, life guards, spa,..etc. these people deserved big tips!!
The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The attitude of the staff all the way round. They took interest in making our stay memorable. Really made us feel like family and they wanted us there. They really made it hard to leave.
Overall, beautiful resort. Foodnwas amazing (except for the food service food...very stale and cold). However, the restaurants were amazing. Very fancy. The resort is verrrrry family friendly too. I’m single in my late 20s, would have preferred to do an adult only resort.
This was our first stay at Beach Palace and will not be our last. We could not have asked for a better family vacation. Our vacation was all made possible by numerous staff members , starting with our Diamond Concierge Regina - she made it all possible because of her attention to detail (she had our whole week planned before arrival) . Check-in was a breeze (Regina was there to meet us and made sure all was taken care of and we were in our room in no time). Room was on the 11th Floor and what view!
We met our pool concierge Carlos on the beach - this man was just amazing -he made sure all our needs were met every day - spots were saved at the beach or at the pool - welcome morning drinks was ready as soon as we came down and checked in with us regularly to see if we need anything.
Morning espresso and americanos made by Jose in the coffee bar was just the right way to start the day.
We spend most of our time during the day in the very clean pools, and made more friends that kept us "hydrated" - thank you to all bar men especially - Eduardo (bumblebee making machine and those delicious "mezcal based - mojito's), Luis , D'amacio, and Fernando.
Thank you to Reyes for taking care of us and making sure we eat something - pool menu :Fish Tacos, lamb shawarmas, cheese burgers and Philly cheese stake sandwiches are really good.
The spa is very small but adequate. The services were great (some can be used with resort credits) We had mani pedi's (yes all the boys and mom) in the salon -thank you Lisbeth,Carmen and especially Guadelupe ( my painted Mexican flag on my big toes are still intact)
We celebrated our sons 18th birthday midway during our stay and what a birthday week he had! - Thank you Regina and Carlos for the birthday message in the sand on the beach , and all the decorations and goodies in the room and especially the private dinner in the back room at the WOK : Here Danielle ,Pasqual and Karla (the cake was spectacular) went above and beyond . Thank you again. Thank you Shantal for the speciality drinks you organized for him in the pool.
A very nice touch is the bar in the lobby with daily cocktails before dinner : Here Jair introduced us to Passionfruit Martinis to Lychee and Guava margaritas (all fruits we love)
Our favorite for dinner was Bocelli. Here we could all dress up a bit (long pants and collard shirt and close toe shoes required for gentleman) and enjoy the best Fillet and Lamb and delicious desserts.Thank you Miguel, Diego and Myrna for making each dinner with you special.
The last evening we had a private dinner that Chef Jose Miguel Angel and his sous chefs Antonio and Jose prepared and served - what a culinary experience - thank you chefs .Luis and Angelica assisted the chefs and made sure all is well at all times.
This vacation was surely one we will never forget. The views and location can not be matched.Clean and beautiful rooms. Best service sets this Palace resort apart from the others.
