Good location but check in confusion
Reviewed 22 hours ago

Location is good, just outside old city walls and within walking distance of both old city and restaurants and bars on saint Jean and grande allee streets.

Hotel is modern with large rooms.

One negative is that in September it was crowded with large of cruise ship passengers. That made long line ups and confusion at check in desk as there are two lines but unclear which kind is for which desk.

ONE NIGHT STAY

We had a very pleasant experience during our stay, as we have come to expect from the HILTON brand, except that we found a grab bar in the shower/tub area coming loose from the wall. It was late in the evening when we found it and we left for a very early flight the following morning, so we could not report it. I'm sure if we had the opportunity to report it, it would have been repaired immediately

This is a great location if you want to see Old Quebec. We were able to park our car and walk to all the attractions we wanted to see. The service at the hotel was very good and the concierge was very knowledgeable and recommended good restaurants. Rooms were clean.

perfect.

good location

We booked a king-executive room. the bed was comfortable and shower was good. The hotel is next to the old city walls and we had a nice view. Easy walk around the old city from there. The executive lounge reminds me of many airport lounges I've seen - a little stark. But the service was good and afternoon snacks were fine. Breakfast was good - scrambled eggs and sausages as well as cereal, muffins, breads for toasting, fruits, etc. We put the porters to work as this was the last day of a long trip in which we'd done some shopping - but they were cheerful and quick.
