Would 100% come back

This hotel is great. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, two pools but we spent most time at the one that over looks the river as it is stunning, however, it could be better if it was an adults only pool and the other was for kids. The beach is under renovations however we did read this before on trip advisor and the hotel offers free shuttles and entry to the shore club on the beach so we used this and it was great as free entry and use of beds. The hotel offers free shuttles into the town which is super helpful! The breakfast buffet was really good offering lots of Asian cuisine and English and egg stations. Would definitely come back to this resort.

A well run resort adjacent to a beautiful beach. Lovely staff and practical, well appointed rooms made this the perfect choice for a one week stay. Catch the resort bus into Hoi An town for some wonderful food and shopping experiences. Old Hoi An town is an absolute delight. Catch a cab back to the resort for only a few dollars.

see you soon

Very disappointing stay

Following much research we decided that this resort suited our needs, with a luxury room overlooking the river. We originally looked an upstairs room, but following an injury to my knee, we requested a downstairs room, which was accommodated. The reception staff member was rude and dismissive, when we arrived, the room very tired, particularly the bathroom, which would have been improved by a thorough clean of the shower. The cleaning staff were friendly, but the room was not cleaned to a high standard upon arrival as the bathroom floor was dirty. There were mini bar receipts in a drawer from a previous guest. The kettle had to be replaced and a light bulb was not working. The friendliness of the staff varied in the River Breeze restaurant, depending on who was on roster. The breakfast buffet was acceptable, but the evening meal was appalling. When we enquired about the Sunset Grill Restaurant, which is advertised on the website, we were informed it had been closed for a year. The bar staff around the pool didn't approach us for drink orders, so we had to find them each time we wished to order drinks. The absolute highlight of the stay were the lovely efficient staff of the Waterlily Spa. They were most welcoming and well trained. Overall, this resort requires updating, and staff training.
