How to Get There
very nice kind and smile of all staffs, great spa services 2times of 1 day, clean and awsome facilities(room, beach, restaurant...) of resort... I am satisfied with everything of fusion maia for staying there, so it was great time for my family. I really wanna go there again!
the construction next door was a bit annoying but it didn't spoil my stay overall. the spa area was great. A few more different treatments would have been good, especially if you are staying for 3 nights or more
My husband and I visited in April and totally fell in love with the hotel. On arrival we were greeted by attentive staff who told us all about the hotel and showed us to our room. Wow! We were staying in a a pool villa and it certainly did not disappoint, pure luxury with everything and more than you would ever need. Please look at at the photos it was something else. Sunken bath, four poster bed and an arrival gift. The management at Fusion Have put a lot of thought to adding special extras. the restaurant menu was not extensive but had a selection of reasonably priced high quality food. Restaurant staff again were attentive and could not do enough for you. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Service, staff and decor create a warm and welcoming ambience. That was the start to an amazing 4 days in our eyes not long enough.
we met our Fashionista Thuy - nothing was too much trouble for her. She arranged our spa treatments, excursions and they provide a shuttle bus to Hoi An on a timetable basis. My most memorable trip was the visit to the orphanage
The grounds, pool, beach and spa treatments are just amazing. Breakfast anywhere is a lovely feature and having it on the beach very special. On our last evening we were left a note and a little gift by Thuy which was totally unexpected.
My husband and I never return to the same place twice but will definitely be going back next year. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for a wonderful stay in the Fusion Maia xxxx
I booked a 3 bedroom ocean from villa here during my Vietnam vacation. I traveled from Saigon to Hanoi and stayed at top hotels in each city. Nothing came close to the luxury service, friendly staff, amazing food and beautiful property as the Fusion Maia. I purchased a king fisher bird in town one afternoon to make my room even more tropical with songs from the baby bird which the property said they would take care of in the future. All around this place was the highlight of my trip. My favorite was the spa service and the amazing breakfast. I hope to come back one day in the future and visit.
Wow! What a resort. Everything about it was perfect! Yes there’s construction ongoing next door but the website advises you of this as does all the booking sites, and it really isn’t the fault of the hotel! We didn’t find it troublesome at all and better still, we had a room in section 31 and we couldn’t hear anything from our room or private pool.
The hotel comes with inclusive spa treatments during your stay (they guarantee 2 but you can waitlist for more - both my partner and I managed 3 a day without problem and I’d say that’s plenty anyway! For the waitlisted treatments, call up or drop into the spa an hour before to see if you’ve got on - they do call your room but you don’t want to have to sit in and wait for a call). The treatments were so professional - I had a body scrub, sports massage, facial, slimming treatment, manicure, pedicure, neck and shoulder massage and a full body massage. But there are many other options - head massages, body wraps, Thai style massage etc etc. It’s worth taking a bit of cash to tip the staff in the spa as they do take a lot of care and deliver quality treatments!
In addition, the resort has the concept of breakfast anytime anywhere. We tried to book for breakfast on the beach but were unsuccessful however had it in our room by the pool one morning which was lovely. That said, the five buffet was the best!! It’s an extensive buffet but also with the option to order a dish from the menu. We didn’t need to order anything extra!! There were healthy shots, smoothies, breads of all variety, Asian options, English options, eggs of every type being made alongside omelettes, donuts, cakes, ham and cheese, fruits, cereal with a whole variety of milk options (soy, nut, dairy) - so many choices! Definitely the place to go if you’re hungry and want to pig out a little!!
There is a free shuttle into Hoi An, complimentary yoga and a really decent gym. As well as the private pool in your room there is a pool by the spa and an infinity pool overlooking the beach. There are complimentary water sports on the beach until 5pm too.
We got a grab taxi into Danang for £3 for dinner one night and ate at the hotel in the fusion restaurant the other night. In all honesty, the hotel was so great we really didn’t feel like leaving at any point!! Biggest regret is not having a couple more days here!! Best way to end our trip to Vietnam for sure.
