Good and not so good...

Most staff there were extremely sweet, helpful and attentive, they really made a lot of effort trying to make guests feel welcomed. The resort is breathtakingly beautiful, clean and tranquil. The beach...I wanted to stay there forever and and listen to the waves, feel the warm silky sand and see the beautiful sunrise (I was only there for 3 days and it was a bit cloudy both mornings...).
There's some slight hiccups though, so I really hope management could learn from it and include the incident into staff training. Also, some small details here and there...most of the electric sockets area horizontally placed, so most couldnt hold the hair dryer plug in place. And I think there's no full mirror?

Fantastic hotel.

Stayed at the Fusion Maia for 7 night in July for my honeymoon and was wowed from the minute I walked in. The hotel is modern and very well decorated. The room was very spacious and immaculate. The bed was comfy and huge. The pool in our little garden was great and clean. The beach and pool areas are brilliant and the infinity pool was the best I’ve ever been in. The staff are very attentive and cannot do enough for you. The food at the Fusion is out of this world. The breakfast is great with everything you can think of and the breakfast anytime anywhere concept is definitely worth trying as it is slightly different. Fresh restaurant is delicious with the best food I have ever tasted and it’s nice to sit outside overlooking the pool and beach. The spa treatments are included and you can choose from a variety of options. The spa is very nice as are the staff but book your treatments soon as you get there as the slots get booked up fast. Could not think of a better place to spend my honeymoon so thank you to everyone at The Fusion for a fantastic honeymoon.

I recently stayed at Fusion Maia Resort near the Coastal town of Da Nang in Vietnam. This was our winter escape Holiday with my wife Mary to the Warmer Summer climate of Vietnam.
The location of Fusion Maia is right on the beach with an endless Pool that seams to run into the Ocean on first view .
We received a warmly welcome from the Staff at check in.
The room was very comfortable with a clean private swimming pool that we used every day after our adventures or just to relax .
Include everyday we had 2 spa treatments , massages with the high level therapist _ Quynh Anh ( thanks a lot , it was great ).
More so, we could enjoy our daily healthy breakfast anytime and anywhere , sometimes we would have our Spa or massage in the morning and then have breakfast at 1 or 2 pm , great !
The Resorts centrally located Resturant has a great menu and we did not have a bad meal, they can even cook a great steak .
The main Pool is attended by very attentive Staff that will organise eats and drinks on request.
Make sure you take a walk along the beach that has Sand that is so fine and clean that it squeaks as you walk .
The professional attention and friendly service given by all Staff a specially ( Anne ) Ngoc Anh to both Mary and myself was exceptional .
The resort also provides a free Shuttle bus that can take you to many places like Da Nang and Hoi An.
I recommended Hoi An for the Food and Shopping without the Hassel of Traffic as this area is free from Cars , Motor bikes and bicycles
Overall I would and have recommended this Resort for its staff service , ambience and Location .
We will come back in next time with our family.
A very good first time experience of Vietnam , Thanks

Steve and Mary

This place was nice. I have high standards so while others may give it 5 stars, I felt it was pleasant but not exceptional. The non-spa staff seemed eager to please and were very considerate and thoughtful. The spa staff was a bit unorganized and gave off more of a frantic than relaxing energy. They all tried, but I think they tried too hard if that makes sense. Maybe slow down a bit and allow time to welcome guests and make them feel at home.

3 times massage a day

The only thing we love from this resort is their service: 3 times massage a day. Help us relaxing every day. Come back for sure. My girlfriend loves staying beside the pool. She can be there whole day
