Beautiful place, Beautiful people

My wife and I have just spent 7 days at Fusion Maia and that still wasn't long enough. It has been by far one of the most memorable holidays that we have had! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiles and warmth. The villa was absolutely beautiful with the staff adding very welcoming touches during the week including flowers on the bed, chocolates and cards :). The food was magnificent, with the highlight of fine dinning being the seafood banquet. The staff providing the spa treatments were absolutely amazing! Incredibly polite, warm and very accommodating to our every need. For those that lead a crazy busy life, this was the ultimate mental, physical and spiritual detox. We were very sad to leave and look forward to seeing our new friends sometime soon 😊

spa is good, food is good, staff are nice, helpful and kindthe indoor and ourdoor pool are both excellent. the beach and its view are amazingeverything are in a very good quality.except there were a few mosquito in my room and over the night I was being bitten by it agiaa and again. I was't sleep well and I found that I got more than 10 spots made by the flies. I think they came inside the room when the window was opened for cleaning. I hope there will be some measurement to avoid them in the furtur. besides this, everthing are good

Disappointed with the services at Fusion Maia resort
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

The facilities and amenities inside the villa are quite very old. The building next to resort is being under construction that makes noisy. The Fusionista did not appear to have greeting to us during our stay at resort, just make a call to our room to ask general things, that sounds like being lack of sincerenity and breaking our privacy. The spa did not well arrange the services to us: change the treatment, seperate the room to us eventhough already being booked and confirmed. Upon check out, already informed to the staff, but no butler car to pick us up, we have to walk to the reception area under the rainy with the umbrella! Anyway, I am totally disappointed with the services at the resort and do not recommend any friends to stay here in the future.

My husband and I stayed her for 5 nights at the end of our tour of Vietnam. What a fantastic place, the suites are beautiful and the private pool very good, I was expecting a plunge pool but it was a very good size. The main infinity pool was also very good and the pool side service from towels, water and iced fruit on lollipop sticks was exceptional. We did use the spa a few times but after a couple of days we found we were planning our day's around the treatments and constantly checking our watches to make sure we were on time for appointments so we didn't go for the last few days, the treatments we did have though were very good and the staff very attentive.
Our Fusionista was Thuy and she was lovely, we told her what we would like to do regards visits and tours and she organised everything, taxis, shuttles and even booked us a table at the Waterfront restaurant in Danang one evening where we could watch the lights from the Dragon Bridge on boats on the river.

The food was excellent at the hotel, we only used Five Restaurant for breakfast, we preferred Fresh in the evenings and lunch it had fantasic views of the beach and sea.

Our waitress at breakfast was Long, she was also excellent. Both Thuy and Long helped make our holiday memorable.

There is building work going on next door but i can honestly say it didnt impact on the peace of the resort at all, i did however, instruct my husband to make sure the crane didnt appear in any of our photo's!

We never visit the same hotel twice but we are going to make an exception with Fusion Mais and will definatley return here.

Thank you so much to everyone for making the end of our trip to Vietnam out of this world.

We’ve just had four days at Fusion Maia and it has been wonderful. Excellent location between Da Nang and Hoi An; set right onto the beach.

Stunning spa facilities and great, attentive staff made it special.

Very chilled and relaxed throughout.

Suites are great; decent size, very private and clean.

Would return tomorrow!
