How to Get There
My checkin experience at 2am was not as quick or pleasant as i would have liked but the renovated rooms and club lounge experience, food and service make up for it! Specifically Ms. Dewi catered to all my needs with a pleasant smile and was a delight to chat with.
I am a spg status member and come to Doha 1 a month on business and stay at the W... now i am torn between the food and customer service here at the Ritz over location of the W!

Beautiful hotel and exceptional service..the staff is very helpful and friendly..took care of our smallest requests..will go back again soon..breakfast selection is also quite delectable especially with the Lebanese fare..
Another superb and relaxing break, this is our 8th visit to the Ritz Carlton and I have to say another amazing trip !!! there seems to be a high rotation in staff which is testament to the Ritz Carlton training program and of course the highly experienced hotel management.
My wife and myself always opt for the ''Club Room'' nothing better than chilling out in the club lounge, great food and wonderful ambiance.
A very special thank you to the club lounge staff, especially Ms Elsie ( the face of the club lounge) , an amazing mentor for all her staff, and a huge asset to the Ritz Carlton and once again thank you for making our experience once again an absolute delight..
Hopefully return again soon, cant wait !!!!!
Club Room is a scam!
I was staying at this property to experienced the legendary service of Ritz Carlton hotel.
However, it was truly devastated and underwhelming throughout.
I booked the club room which comes with the privileges of club lounge facility.
Arrived at the hotel at 4pm, the room was not ready. Waited for 30 mins to settled the check in process.
Once I entered the room, I found one big luggage from a different guest. Shockingly, the stranger luggage arrived in the room earlier than me. This was truly shows their lacking of awareness regarding the security measures for guest room.
Upon receiving the pre-arrival email, from the Guest Relations Team 3 days prior to my stay, I have already made the arrangement for a small birthday cake for my best friend's belated birthday. It was already acknowledged by them, through the confirmation email for the special occasion. However, none of this happening during the stay, not even any wish or acknowledgement.
At the club lounge Hors d'Oeuvres from 5pm to 8pm, only one hot meal (fish) cooked by the chef for everyone. This was truly shows their poor products offering and cost cutting.
No welcome amenity in the club room or turn down service happening during the stay.
To club lounge staffs, please do not run after compliments where the lack of attention to details could make your loyal customer running away from your property. Genuine service comes from heart, but not from fake promises or poor services.
The only good thing about the club lounge was the afternoon tea. However, the scones was served cold.
Will I return to this hotel again?
A big NO!
We have just returned from a weekend stay at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Doha, where we a very relaxing stay. Everything was as one would expect from a prestigious hotel however, the service provided was outstanding. Two individuals stood out, a young lady called Esma and a young chef called McDonalds who between them made our short stay even more enjoyable. Providing an exemplary service catering for all our small groups needs, great envoys for the hotel.
