Outstanding hotel with location, service, and staff

Our "top place" during our recent trip to Argentina. Beautifully situated with a friendly and helpful staff. Excellent restaurant at reasonable prices. The attention to detail was outstanding. We enjoyed our visit greatly and would love to return.

A great place to relax by the lake

This nice hotel located right on the lake shore outside of Bariloche is a great place to relax. The rooms are spacious with great views of the lake. Rooms are nicely decorated with art. The rooms have a small refrigerator and the WIFI works great. There is a pool downstairs. The room rate comes with breakfast which is a large buffet with lots of selection. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner. The food is tasty, a bit pricey. They have a nice wine list and you can find most anything. If you need a nice place to relax and unwind this is the place for you.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous views

We stayed two nights at this hotel on the side of the lake. The hotel is beautifully maintained in lovely gardens decorated with sculptures outside and dotted with artworks inside. Our room had a very comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the lake. The breakfast was very good although the coffee was disappointing. It’s a little outside of Bariloche so necessitates driving for dinner unless you eat at one of the casual pizza places within walking distance. The hotel has a very smart restaurant - lunch was good - but quite formal and priced accordingly
