First class experience.

We had a first floor room with a patio. The wow factor of the view from the room is stupendous. This is a beautiful hotel. I stayed 4 nights and the service was excellent. The staff could not have been more helpful. I had to transact business while there and they assisted with printing and scanning that I required. The massage was great. However the decor and art just make this place beautiful and special. The buffet breakfast was everything you could want. We ate one diner there and it was masterful. I have stayed at a lot of hotels, this one is is memorable.

El Casco Art Hotel is a classy, understated, serene and luxurious gem right on the lake in Bariloche. The staff was very helpful, polite and discreet. The restaurant was excellent and our server was very attentive.

Terrible hotel

This hotel should never have a good review. It is dated and in need of a facelift. While the setting is beautiful the rooms and spa were old and not very clean. The front desk and wait staff were surly and not at all helpful. Breakfast was institutional and not nicely presented. I will say when I spoke to the manager about this she was nice , but obviously the hotel is owned out if the city and the owners have little interest.
