Nestled amid the picturesque Euganean Hills, one of Europe’s foremost thermal regions, Hotel Majestic is one of two buildings located in Radisson Blu Resort Terme di Galzignano. A haven of sleek modernity, overlooking geothermal swimming pools that are fed with waters straight from the Dolomites and enriched with beneficial minerals, it’s smoothly designed with natural tones, marble, stone and glass. Interiors follow a calm palette of taupe and cream with striking light installations and gleaming marble floors. This theme continues through to the guest rooms, which adopt a minimalist designer feel.
The culinary offering showcases local Italian fare, while the cocktail lounge makes a pleasant place to while away an evening. In the landscaped grounds are the largest indoor and outdoor thermal swimming pools in Europe, a 86-acre natural park with nine-hole golf course designed by Marco Croze, and clay tennis courts. A fabulous Spa and Wellness Centre offers a plethora of treatments (some using clay extracted from Arqua Petrarca lake close by) which will have you feeling silky soft and super chilled. If all that relaxation gets a tad too much, get some poetic inspiration with a visit to the home of Petrarch just down the road, or up the ante with a trip to nearby Venice.
How to Get There
Visited the hotel last week for a conference I had! The hotel desperately needs a renovation! Felt like I was back in the 80s! Very old lobby the rooms old with mould in the bathrooms etc. The worst thing though was that aircondition in the rooms was not working and when I called the reception they told me they switched the system off because no need of an aircondition at this time of the year!!!!! I asked to turn it on as I could not breathe it was soooo hot and they said ok but never did! Staff did not speak English very hard to communicate. Its a No hotel for me and for sure will never return again
My wife, my daughter and I were so happy to stay in this hotel. As before we were given a warm and friendly welcome on arrival at your property. Highly professional staff, very good breakfast, several swimming pools.. Really enough for happiness on vacation! You cannot sit and want to explore surrounding area? No problem! Go to Venice, Verona, Treviso, Vicenza or Bologna. Maximum in 2 hours you will be there.
In particular I want to mention the following employees:
Mr. Alessandro - Reception
Mrs. Alessandra - Reception
Mrs. Vladi - Reception
Signora Chiara - Reception
Mrs. Isabella - Restaurant
Mr Massimo - Restaurant
Mr. Luca - Restaurant
Mrs. Sylvia - Restaurant
Here are three hotels in one. Each with a large pool area. The guests are free to enjoy all the pools, which are clean and very nice. The hotel are clean and fresh. Probably renovated not long time ago. The breakfast was very good.
