Beautiful "artsy" hotel with beautiful views!

This hotel is amazing! Beautiful views of the sea, rooms and lobby are so beautifully decorated. Breakfast is super good! So many places to sit and relax including a huge deck off the main lobby. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk into town and, down some stairs you can get to the waterfront area where there are some great restaurants. The kind of restaurants where you watch the fishing boats come into port, deliver fish and then the restaurant cooks it! We highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Sorrento.

Incredible Views!

In our cab to the hotel we were looking out the window enjoying the beautiful view of the water and Mount Vesuvias and then the cab stopped because we had arrived. We couldn't believe it. This hotel is built into the cliff overlooking the water and we had that beautiful view from our room, the breakfast area, other sun decks, and the pool. Really incredible experience for our honeymoon.

The rooms and lobby have a modern feel and the staff were friendly and helpful with anything we needed, including some fantastic restaurant reservations. We would highly recommend!

Unbelievable luxury and views!

We came to Maison La Minervetta to rest, recharge and enjoy. We stayed 7 nights, and I will tell you it was VERY hard to leave. Guia and her staff took such good care of us, with breakfast each morning consisting of just about anything you wanted (I heard people ordering pancakes which they whipped up fresh, poached eggs, no problem) and they always had the freshest bread, freshest fruit and juices, tomatoes and herb salad, and sautéed zucchini with herbs picked from the terrace herb garden, that they would gladly make into an omelette. I saw one person juicing vegetables and fruit for herself! They aim to take care of everyone’s needs. They also have a complementary antipasti in the evening. Everything was perfect, as was the weather the whole week. The views were stunning, the Bay of Naples, Vesuvius, Marina Grande, Sorrento, all laid out at our feet. It was idyllic, and quiet, and a quick walk into the bustling town. I have never taken so many pictures, the early morning and late afternoon light was golden. It was also an easy jumping off point for local trips to Capri, Pompeii and Herculaneum, and Positano. The best was after a full day of seeing the sights to come “home” to rest and relax with drinks on our balcony, the shining ocean and city before us, and then deciding where to go for dinner! It was basically perfect.
