Elegantly served

I sadly couldn’t afford to stay in this splendid hotel but we did enjoy a wonderful coffee there, elegantly served - and spent a fascinating half hour finding the exact spot on the terrace where the great tenor, Enrico Caruso, was photographed only a week before he died. A memorable morning.

Lunch

Stopped by for lunch and afternoon tea, very classic hotel, full of history and very rich people. Service impeccable, I would say the best of the best, will probably spend time here on next visit, close to all the action.

Agree entirely with earlier positive reviews - hotel not the cheapest around but facilities, food, staff demeanour and views all out of this world. Sorrento itself is nothing special and very busy but trips around are numerous and rewarding.

Great cocktails and amazing views

We were not staying at hotel, but stopped in for a drink and light lunch. Terrific terrace with amazing views. The cocktails were wonderful and the food was quality, but expensive. Four light lunches and four cocktails came in at 180 Euro. If in your budget or if you are ready for a splurge, it is well worth it. Great, welcoming service along with unbeatable views.
