A decent hotel

This hotel is far from the best I’ve stayed in - the rooms, whilst functional, are a bit tired. The beds creak and the taps are very odd.

Looking past these little annoyances you get a decent quiet room, reasonable breakfast and helpful staff.

Having looked at various hotels in Naples I think think is pretty good for the price.

There are nicer hotels, there are better places hotels - but you’ll struggle to get better for the price.

Nice and modern Hotel and we got it at a good price.

We stayed there for a night on business trip. Friendly, reception with very good English.
Room was large and in good condition, modern style. Since Napoli has lots of narrow streets, don't expect a nice view out of the window. There is a busy street in front of the hotel though I did not hear it in my room.
Breakfast was good, not great but at the level I expected for this hotel (it is not the Shangri La ...)
The location is good for getting to the train, but not where you would go for a walk or dinner.

Very helpful staff

The hotel was very nice. When the windows were closed, it was amazing how much of the city noise was blocked out. It was clean, and felt very safe. I liked the proximity to the train station and the ferries, since there are so many great sites to see outside of Naples, it's good to be close (but not too close) to the train station. Was not a touristy hotel at all.

Basic room and a 30 min wait to get one drink

We stayed here for one night before flying tomorrow. You can see from previous reviews I rarely give a “poor” review but whilst sitting in bed at 9pm I felt I had to. The reception is beautiful and I had high hopes but I wouldn’t stay again. The room was tiny and the shower is something out of the crystal maze.
We popped out for food and got back at 8pm. After 30 mins of my partner and I waiting for 2 drinks we considered just having one from the mini bar. The bar staff were clearly understaffed. When I told reception we had been waiting 30 mins to be served the guy seemed miffed I’d even mentioned it.
The picture of the bed is literally the best place I could get the whole bed in.
Disappointed

Nice hotel, friendly staff

Stayed one week for a business trip. Arrived early but we were still allowed in to our rooms. Nice clean rooms with comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly too and breakfast was decent. 20 minutes walk from most of the touristy stuff. Would stay again.
