A great base for the Gulf of Naples and the Amalfi Coast, with breakfast, an Executive room and a welcome cocktail included
Spend a few days in one of Italy’s most vibrant cities at the bright, modern and eco-friendly Hotel Cristina Napoli. Service is prompt, rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean – and to top it all off, you’ll be able to kick-start a day of sightseeing with a strong coffee and freshly baked pastries at the breakfast buffet. Though you’re not slap bang in the heart of Naples here, you are right next to the Cavalleggeri Aosta metro stop, which takes you into the UNESCO listed historic centre in less than 20 minutes. Often overlooked as a mere gateway into the Amalfi region, historic Naples is home to intricate palaces, some of Europe’s finest museums and world-renowned art galleries. Take time to check out the local area too, especially for interesting eateries, including a fantastic gelateria, close by. Executive rooms are mostly neutral in décor with bursts of colour and plenty of soft furnishings. Some Executive rooms also have views over the city. Hotel Cristina Napoli offers breakfast in the Breakfast Room on the first floor of the hotel, serving Italian coffee and a buffet breakfast of fresh pastries, fruit and breakfast treats. There are plenty of dining options in the immediate neighborhood and you’ll find you’re never far from a delicious, traditional pizza in Naples.
In the Area
The Cavalleggeri Aosta metro stop is a five-minute walk away and within 20 minutes, you can be in the heart of Naples, where you can visit the impressive attractions such as the Capodimonte museum and the Madre contemporary art gallery. Local to the hotel, the Mostra D’Oltremare exhibition centre, the largest exhibition space in southern Italy, is less than a mile away.
How to Get There
After the city noise in the city center of Napoli this hotel is like another dimension. It is about 30 minutes by train from the city center. The rooms are clean, modernly designed, but with high windows and no balconies. It's a little claustrophobic. The breakfast was perfect, and with wonderful pastries from this part of Italy. Compliments for this green hotel, which is trying to preserve the environment.
Hotel is very elegant, the decor of the room is excellent, and the bed matrix is very comfortable
breakfast has a variety of food and food is high QUALITY, and they has a seating area at the open air at the back of hotel , as we were a group , we used to gather at the end of the day at this seating area
But the Location was fare from down town
we walk a long distance to take the under ground to go to down town, and also the location of the hotel is not very suitable as
it is located in a very quite area only few restaurants to eat near it
This is a lovely, clean hotel within easy reach of the centre of Naples. We had a problem with our booking (the booking agency had sent the wrong info to the hotel so we were a bed short) and the staff sorted it out without a problem - they really couldn’t have been nicer. The hotel has parking which was very useful and is within a 5 minute walk of a Metro station which takes you straight into Naples within 20 minutes. There are plenty of places to eat nearby as well as a large supermarket which has everything you could need. My young son loved the fact our room looked over the railway line - plenty for him to look at and we were never bothered by noise from the tracks.
We would stay here again!
Great location if you're looking for accomodation outside the hustle and bustle of the city centre. About 5 minutes walk to the metro and 3 minutes to 365 - a great supermarket to buy anything you need. Really lovely staff who are very helpful and friendly. Immaculate, comfortable bed, spacious room and great shower. Eco-friendly, apart from the plastic tumblers wrapped in plastic...GLASS, please! Being on the 4th floor, we enjoyed looking out of the window at the view over the railway lines. With the windows shut, it is extremely quiet and the air con works well if you need it. A good choice for breakfast; cereal, fruit, yoghurt, bread, cakes & pastries, eggs, cheese and ham. Such great value. Would definitely stay there again.
Lovely clean, friendly staffed hotel. Good lifts and clean communal areas, decent breakfast selection too. Unfortunately the surrounding buildings let down the location and eateries near by are not the best. Great transport links very close by but not great views. Cannot fault the hotel though.
