A great base for the Gulf of Naples and the Amalfi Coast, with breakfast, an Executive room and a welcome cocktail included
Spend a few days in one of Italy’s most vibrant cities at the bright, modern and eco-friendly Hotel Cristina Napoli. Service is prompt, rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean – and to top it all off, you’ll be able to kick-start a day of sightseeing with a strong coffee and freshly baked pastries at the breakfast buffet. Though you’re not slap bang in the heart of Naples here, you are right next to the Cavalleggeri Aosta metro stop, which takes you into the UNESCO listed historic centre in less than 20 minutes. Often overlooked as a mere gateway into the Amalfi region, historic Naples is home to intricate palaces, some of Europe’s finest museums and world-renowned art galleries. Take time to check out the local area too, especially for interesting eateries, including a fantastic gelateria, close by. Executive rooms are mostly neutral in décor with bursts of colour and plenty of soft furnishings. Some Executive rooms also have views over the city. Hotel Cristina Napoli offers breakfast in the Breakfast Room on the first floor of the hotel, serving Italian coffee and a buffet breakfast of fresh pastries, fruit and breakfast treats. There are plenty of dining options in the immediate neighborhood and you’ll find you’re never far from a delicious, traditional pizza in Naples.
In the Area
The Cavalleggeri Aosta metro stop is a five-minute walk away and within 20 minutes, you can be in the heart of Naples, where you can visit the impressive attractions such as the Capodimonte museum and the Madre contemporary art gallery. Local to the hotel, the Mostra D’Oltremare exhibition centre, the largest exhibition space in southern Italy, is less than a mile away.
How to Get There
Lovely clean, friendly staffed hotel. Good lifts and clean communal areas, decent breakfast selection too. Unfortunately the surrounding buildings let down the location and eateries near by are not the best. Great transport links very close by but not great views. Cannot fault the hotel though.
Stunning hotel, not too much near it however is very close to the metro which will take you to naples town centre, staff are very kind, friendly and courteous, gave me a map and highlighted the best areas to loom at and the route to get there, massively happy and would deffinately recommend.
My husband and I stayed at this 3 star hotel, for 3 nights over Valentine's. The hotel is clean with helpful staff, near the metro station to get around easily. A few local shops and cafe's even a large sushi restaurant next door which we dined at and great selection of food. The hotel itself doesn't have a restaurant only for breakfast, but you can order food to your room at a reasonable price. They have a bar but not to sit at so you end up taking your drinks to your room. The only cons were the bed was hard to sleep on and no tea/ coffee in the rooms. Breakfast was ok , a good variety but it could do with changing daily to have a more varied option as it's the same everyday. Good location, with good links to the centre.
Hotel has secure parking which was useful for our friends also staying there. The location was close to a metro so very easy to get in to Naples centre. The rooms were clean and a good size. The staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection. Originally only booked for one night but ended up staying for two nights
First of all I liked the location, right in the heart of Naples, the hotel itself was very clean, very friendly staff, and the rooms were spotless clean. Small, but Naples standards, my small was not small in Naples. Most importantly though, the rooms had everything I wanted, a nice comfortable place to sleep, and take a shower. I would recommend anybody to stay here.
