How to Get There
눉a woman at the reception was obliged to serve a large number of people with the effect of getting into the room after 15.00-Αccept all credit cards but when Ι try to pay with American Express did not accept the machine - they said it was out of service days!!!!!!-Fortunately I had cash with me, otherwise I did not know the follow-up-taxi for airport malpensa cost 55 euro
눇the room cleaning service and the the staff at breakfast was amazing
Just staid two nights at palace hotel legnano. Good comfortable bed, wifi worked well but no aircondition. Asked and they told me they switch it off later ib the year so if there are warm weather like last week there is no airconditioning available. Opening the window does not effect the temperature. Good free bar snacks in the evening and decent breakfast.
The website shows all the nice features of the hotel . however ,our room was dated and worn but clean . what it tells you on the website that are pool and spa services .however they aren't available in August . the bar is closed and the restaurant is only open for breakfast . so yeah nice place but would never ever return. And staff no very nice DONT STAY HERE . FIND A BETTER HOTEL .
Good air conditioning, good breakfast, nice size rooms. The mattresses are hard and not comfortable. Internet a little slow but generally good enough. Clean hotel with good desk to work at. Bathroom has nice materials and plenty of room and plenty of room in shower.
Overall the stay was ok, heres the details...
Hotel was located near where I was working, so that worked well for me. Can't say too much about other local attractions in the near vicinity, but there was a Fudruckers close by! Haha!
Reception service was prompt, English was no problem, and I was off to my room. Needed room keycard to operate elevators, and get the lights on in the room. In the room, bed was hard (not China hard but close) pillows flat and firm, tv selection supposedly had some English channels, but mine must have been programmed out just to tick me off! Internet was really bad, FaceTime was not functional, which is sort of my test for functionality.
Stayed in the pre AC operation period in Italy and my room faced west, and when they made up the room, they opened the curtains so the afternoon sun warmed it up and was stuffy. Opened the window at night, wore ear plugs, and ended up with bug bites, but the room cooled down enough to cover up at least midway through the night. There was a fridge with some stuff in it not worth eating and a safe.
Bathroom was functional, but to get the overhead shower on, the diverter pin stuck always, a bit limed up. Typical Italian toilet and bidet set up, toilet locale a bit cramped in the corner. Bathroom as always nice and clean, which was appreciated.
Never ate breakfast but it was included, and looked typical Euro breakfast set up. Never ate in the restaurant either. The bar in the lobby was ok, and provided peanuts and chips with your beer, so that was a good place to debrief after work.
It was my first visit to Legnano, and there was nothing about the hotel which would prevent me from staying again, other than I wish housekeeping would not open the drapes on the west side rooms allowing them to heat up as they did...
