Great location; service inconsistent

Overall, we liked this hotel. Were originally booked in to The Morgan but renos incomplete and moved here; probably better location actually
Location: convenient walk to most things, HOHO bus across the road, quiet location (provided fire station is not activated! as it's right next door)
Rooms: refurbished large room with balcony; some issues unlocking door but once sorted all good; super comfy bed! Wish I could take it home!! Hope you like purple as the outdoor lighting glows through your room
Bathroom: no issues, clean, plenty of room
Dining: great breakfast! reasonably priced, can get busy but good variety of food; outdoor bar on the street or internal options available
Service: probably the only letdown; incorrect charges at check-in; didn't follow through on promises / fixes without hassle; some staff though were absolutely lovely
Would we stay here again? Possibly

Great Location in Dublin

Spent our last 2 nights in Ireland at Trinity City - and had a lovely experience. We are a family of four, and stayed in one of the Georgian Suites. The room was quite large, beds were very comfortable, bathroom was also large. The only note was that there is no air conditioning in the Suites - they have a couple of fans available, and you can open the windows, but there are no window screens and it does make the street noise very audible. The restaurant served a large and varied breakfast that was quite delicious. The hotel also has a valet service, which was prompt and efficient. Overall, an enjoyable stay!

Lovely Hotel With Great service

Thanks Trinity City for a great stay> loved your garden bar, perhaps a little too much. The Guiness was perfect. Stayed in the old part of the hotel and had a beautiful spacious room complete with spa Bath. Will never forget this time in Dublin

Nice hotel in a great location

We had two rooms here last week for a family visit to Dublin. The beds ranked as one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. Our room was quirky in a good way, very cozy and - most importantly at this time of year - air conditioned!

We spent lots of time down at the outdoor bar when coming and going, since we had extended family at the hotel and also living in Dublin. We used that area to gather and spend time together between other activities. The drinks and service were good.

We ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant twice and enjoyed it both times. Excellent service and large variety of breakfast options on the buffet.

I’d definitely return to this hotel!

Great location for a Dublin visit

We had a room with a double bed and twin which worked well for our family: a couple and college aged son. Nice roomy closets which allowed us to unpack and make ourselves at home.

It is a big hotel so can be busy at times, especially at breakfast. Breakfast was worth the up-charge with a wide variety of offerings: something for everyone. We were there four mornings and due to the crowds at breakfast wound up being seated away from the main breakfast area. It had most items from the buffet but always needed to go to the other breakfast room to get everything we wanted. I also preferred that in the main area, they would bring you a pot of coffee and refill it while in the adjoining room you had to get your own.

The concierge was very helpful and friendly.
