Great location with all the amenities!

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights. Room accommodations were spacious and clean. Free breakfast buffet was fantastic! We were able to book any excursion from the receptionist. After a fun day of activities, it was so nice to wind down in the on-site hot springs pool. It was never crowded and we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Staff was super friendly. We even got to see a sloth cross the street right outside the parking lot! I would definitely stay here again!

Such a relaxing and worthwhile experience

We are hot springs aficionados and love the Arenal area, so this was a perfect (and reasonably priced) place to spend a few nights. All of the pools were unique and heavenly, the buffet breakfast was the best of our entire trip and the massages were heavenly. The rooms were a bit outdated but the beds were comfortable so we didn’t care. The personalized thermal pool with a view more than made up for it as well. it was reassuring to see that these pools (along with many of the others) were drained between each visit.

We stayed one night in a standard room and one with the private thermal pool and both rooms were about the same. The bit of extra splurge for the private pool was worth it and the wait (we couldn’t get one of those rooms both nights...).

We will hopefully stay at this Lodge again!

One final comment... our 11 year old was too old to benefit from this, but the poolside playground structures are incredible and would be amazing for families with you kids. I hope to return soon with my sister and very active 3-year old niece for this feature alone!

Great Value! They have a lot to offer at a reasonable price.

There is so much to do in this area. The concierge can arrange trip for you to go see all the local sights. They have a very nice restaurant by the pool and thermal baths as well as a bar with a pool table on the other side of the resort. The rooms were very clean and the view of Arenal Volcano from our room was a bonus.
