Lounging in the sun isn’t the only way to spend your time here (though perfectly acceptable) – you’ll also have a range of culinary delights and tantalizing nightlife to explore. First of all, the hotel’s two restaurants will have you covered, with a wide range of local, international, gourmet and casual options. And for drinks, Squid Ink Bar and Sailor’s Club provide everything from mid-day cocktails to late-night revelry. You’ll also be staying conveniently close to Hua Hin Town, providing even more eating and entertainment options for you to choose from.
Stretch out in a luxurious Mini suite, which measures in at a spacious 560 square feet and comes with pool and garden or sea views from the private balcony. The suites are tastefully decorated with high-end, contemporary furnishings, as well as all kinds of modern conveniences, like high-speed Internet and flat-screen TVs.
The hotel’s daytime dining option, The Captain, serves a creative breakfast buffet in the mornings and a menu of classic comfort foods from lunch to late afternoon. Meanwhile, the on-site deli, A Caravan, is open 24 hours a day for snacks and light meals. During the day and after dark, you can enjoy delicious cocktails at Squid Ink Bar or Sailor’s Club. 24-hour room service is also available, with a full menu provided by the award-winning kitchen of Let’s Sea, the hotel’s sister property, next door.
The Blue Coral Spa is a tribute to Thailand’s world-famous healing arts, offering everything from body cleansing and traditional massage to hot herbal compresses. Whether you stay for an hour or the full day, you can expect to leave feeling refreshed and relaxed, especially if you indulge in a 90-minute aromatherapy massage.
Thailand is famous for its honeymoon-worthy beaches, and Hua Hin Beach – just steps from the hotel – is among the best. Romantic strolls, horseback rides and kitesurfing lessons are among the many activities to keep you busy on the beach. Local sights include Klai Kang Won Palace, a 20-minute drive away, and Marukhathaiyawan Palace, a 30-minute drive. You’ll also be right next to the hill of Khao Takiab, known for its panoramic views and the Buddhist shrines perched at the top.If you’re up for a more serious adventure, take an hour’s drive to Khao Sam Roi Yod, Thailand’s first national park. Or, go a bit further to Pa-La-U waterfall, a 16-tier waterfall surrounded by dense forest, where you can cool off in one of the many pools and listen to the sounds of gibbons hiding in the ancient trees.
How to Get There
Stayed from 18th-20th..All I can say hotel, rooms, staffs and overall is super awesome. Staffs greet us every time we walk pass with a smile. Breakfast was a decent. They provide 1 way shuttle to nearby mall. Hotel was very near the beach. Will always come back here when I'm in Huahin.
This was our 3rd and final destination during our stay in Thailand and whilst we started to appreciate how friendly Thai people are the staff at Loligo took it to another level.
We were greeted like VIPs and this continued throughout our 4 night stay.
Room - we had mini suite which was really nice. Please lets all be more responsible and not request the daily changing of towels/sheets.
Food - breakfast was excellent with a good varierty of oriental and western cuisine.
Location - excellent (500m) for the two main markets, Tamarind and Cicada (we loved Cicada).
Facilities - small pool, small gym. We did the Thai boxing and Yoga which were both excellent.
Staff - can't fault any of them. A real credit to the resort. Special mention to Tony who was so friendly and helpful.
There are not many hotels where I would return to but this is certainly one of them.
Keep up the great work. Hope to see you again soon.
I booked a mini suite with sea view and balcony. It was as advertised and I was not disappointed. The staff are fantastic -so helpful and friendly and really make you feel welcome. Some of the best service I have experienced at an hotel. Breakfast goes on to 11am which is guest friendly and there are many food choices. The hotel is a short walk to the beach (200M) and Cicada market (500M). Tuk Tuk or taxi is 150 THB to town center. When the market is open here are many Tuk Tuks available across the street from the market if the market is closed ask the hotel to call you a taxi to town as you will most likely not be able to hail a ride from the main road that far away from the township (5km). If uncertain where to be dropped off just say the Hilton which id right in the town center. I found the wi-fi generally good in room 144.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again without hesitation.
