One of the best hotels I have stayed!

Excellent in all aspects! Location, cleanliness, services, breakfast, attention to detail, class! As I arrived found macarons and chocolate in my room with a little welcome note! Bar at the room refilled daily at no cost! Quiet rooms with great linen and comfy beds! Bathroom equipped with robes and with both bathtub and shower! A spacious walk-in closet to tidy your stuff. Breakfast was luxurious! Opposite the train station, but it is not noisy.

Only Place to Stay in Turin - a real gem

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. It was our first trip to Turin and it definitely won't be our last. Prior to even going to the hotel. I was emailing with Tiziano and Andrew who promptly replied to all my questions. From their emails I knew it would be a great experience and then Alessi was kind enough to make all our restaurant reservations and she did a great job with all her recommendations. The entire staff upon arrival was extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms are exceptional - clean and very comfortable. The hotel is directly across the train station, but it is a very nice area. Hotel is situated in a great location for walking everywhere. We will definitely visit Turin again next year and as far as we are concerned there is no better place to stay.

Elegant, Friendly and Terrific Location.

I was traveling solo and booked this hotel which is across from the train station, although the reviews and pictures were favorable I wasn't sure about the area so close to the train station for me to walk to restaurants at night. BOY was I wrong.

This hotel is very elegant has has the most accommodating staff. They quickly told me I could easily walk around the city by myself and not fear the area in the dark. They were right. Lots and lots of people out on the street near the hotel going about their business.

I was able to go out at night for dinner to the nearby pedestrian streets and have a choice of tons of restaurants.

So to address the hotel - as soon as you walk in your realize this is a hotel that is well kept and appealing.

My room was wonderful with a view of the train station. It was spacious and comfortable. I had a walk in closet! I don't know what the other rooms look like, but I booked a basic room - yet I had a walk in closet!

Now, do the drum roll, let's talk about the bathroom - I was floored (so to speak!) when I saw that gigantic free standing white tub on the black and white tile. Wish I could upload the pix but my computer not letting me do it.

In addition there was a very nice stall shower, a heated towel rack and a sink with counter space.

I could have stayed there for weeks.

The breakfast was a very large buffet and although I'm not a breakfast person it seemed quite more than satisfactory.

If you are going to Turin - STAY HERE. Great location and beautiful hotel
