Overview

A stylish four-star boutique hotel full of colour and character, centrally-located in Manila

The Lowdown

The majestic colonial-style building of the Henry Hotel, complemented by gardens of swaying vines and lush foliage, offer an entrance into an eclectic oasis, hidden from the busy streets of Manila.
Here, furnishing and fixtures have been meticulously curated by creative minds, resulting in a marriage of classic grandeur and fascinating modernity. Outside, you’ll find manicured shrubbery fringing stately buildings, before stepping into a colourful interior of patterns. You can see different aspects of Manila’s culture with the hotel’s design. Explore and you’ll find quirky elements of design throughout the space. For example, at the hotel’s restaurant, Apartment 1B, vintage tile patterns and coloured glass windows contrast with the sleek gold divider of the lobby. The rooms are equally fascinating and are, of course, cosy and comfortable. Think plush fabrics and bright, airy spaces.
Centrally located, the hotel is just the place to start your Manila adventure. With a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence and a Travellers’ Choice Award in the bag, the hotel definitely won’t disappoint.

Lush grounds, quiet and secluded, a tranquil oasis amidst the chaos that is Manila. The hotel features well appointed rooms with amenities such as a coffee maker and minibar, a decent
restaurant, and cheerful staff. The property harkens back to a long gone era of palatial mansions and family compounds. Located conveniently close to the Mall of Asia, City of Dreams, and NAIA, the Henry Hotel is one of my favorite places to stay.

A peaceful oasis in a busy city

One of my best places to stay in Manila! The Henry is quiet and peaceful! Complimented with its cleanliest and excellent service! I enjoyed my stay over there.

The hotel serves a good breakfast with 3 options and great a la carte launch and dinner option.

They take security at a very high level and the staff is very helpful! You can arrange pickup and drop off with them or they can help you with a grab cab!

The room was super clean but yes there’s a but... the bathroom is outdated!

Overall great nice atmosphere surrounded by nature and colonial style houses

Would definitely stay again! (PS: they will actually read and reply to your emails)

A country within the city

A great place to stay to feel like you have escaped from the hectic pace of the city of Manila. Once you enter the gates you are suddenly transformed to a new country.....a country within the city. Awesome place to relax outside surrounded by trees and plants and flowers. Fantastic foods and folks all around. I will always go back to the Henry Hotel.

Smelly room

The hotel is large but room doesn’t have window (can not open) so very smelly, terrible smell. We have to open the main door to breath.
Breakfast is so so, not value for money.
Staffs are ok, not too friendly.

Do not hesitate when in Manila

Excellent choice; hotel made of renovated houses in a luxuriant garden avoiding seeing the concrete all over Manila. Rooms are clean, good size, all amenities OK; restaurant with excellent but original food for Philippines; staff welcoming and very useful. Very well located in Pasay to go to Airport or to Mall of Asia.
