Amazing staff, clean room
Reviewed 3 days ago

The hotel is beautiful. It has a nice walkway through the hotel to the convention center. There is dining choices available inside the hotel and eighty something venues to d8ne at outside the hotel within a short walk. Every question we had was answered with a friendly smile and an eagerness to help us. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. We had an amazing view of downtown from the 21st floor. There is 26 floors available. Check in was easy. We could no5 have had a better experience. From the Pittsburgh airport, our cab fare was 40 and Uber wanted 35 for the small auto.

Great lobby and amenities but the rooms....meh

Lobby and general areas are nice. Could use some updating in the rooms for sure. Bed and pillows are super comfortable, towels are nice, etc., but this room has seen better days. Not complaining, just saying is all

Great Spot

This is a great hotel right downtown close to many restaurants and attractions. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Staff was friendly. Walking distance from the convention center and PPG paints arena.

Very Nice Hotel Close to Convention Center

We stayed at the Westin during Marathon Weekend. It was very convenient to all activities. Had choice of valet or self parking. Parking garage was a little odd due to hotel layout. All staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and updated. Really liked the elevator system with central access. They were fast and simple. Several good eating establishments in and near hotel. Nice views of city and rivers in higher rooms

Good hotel

We stayed at this hotel for the Pittsburgh marathon. The hotel lobby and our room were meticulously clean. Service at the front desk was very good. Our room, which was supposed to be a "premium" room, was pricey ($400/night) with a lousy view of the hotel air conditioning system. The hotel was not as busy and crowded as the marathon host hotel (the Wyndham), which we appreciated. The hotel was conveniently located across the street from the convention center and had good underground parking.
