The best Hilton Property in Philadelphia
Reviewed 1 day ago

I've been staying here on my business trips every week for over a year now. Tried every Hilton property in town and by far Logan is the best.

Rooms are spacious and well maintained. For an older building it is quiet (for the most part). Great views from the side that faces the Parkway and a fountain. I personally prefer courtyard facing rooms as they get very little or no traffic noise.

Decent size gym for the hotel of this size with separate areas for weights and cardio. Indoor swimming pool looks very nice, but never had an urge to use it.

All front desk staff I interacted with and Ashley in particular are very professional and always seem to take care of minor issues that I occasionally encountered (and a few favors I needed) very quickly and efficiently.

Have to say that the restaurant (Urban Farmer which is separately owned and managed as I understand) is not for me (simply put, there is absolutely nothing special about it for rather special price they charge).

Quiet Convenient Good Service

Good: all personnel were well trained and attentive, going a bit of an extra mile. Especially the bartender, the bellman, and the maitre d. Room was comfortable. Quiet. Food at Urban Farm was good. Reviewed UF separately.
Not so good: room wasn’t ready on time. It’s pricey. Took free breakfast instead of points but there was a $ limit so ended up paying a bit anyway. There wasn’t a buffet which I would have preferred.

All in all I would stay there again.

Beautiful Hotel

The hotel is a great modern update to the former Four Seasons. Large, comfortable rooms; good amenities, and a convenient location. The only problem, it seems taxi/lyft/uber drivers have a hard time negotiating Logan Square.

Nice swimming pool, but....

How can you invest into a pool at your hotel and not put a shower close to the pool? The hotel expects the guests to shower in their room. The water quality was not reflecting that situation. Smelly water from people most probably not showering puts me off.
And they never got around replacing the battery in my room safe.
Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

Convenient, reasonably priced

Stayed here with a wedding party. The hotel was reasonably accommodating (though a little rigid about us passing out gift bags for our guests). The rooms were nice, front desk staff very helpful, easy to get vehicles to go around town, good restaurant. I do recommend this. Location was excellent for us.
