How to Get There
We loved our stay at The Logan! It’s such a unique property right in the heart of Logan Circle. We stayed on the 7th floor which includes a balcony and it was the perfect way to see and hear the sounds of the city!
We had our 2 children with us, one slept on the pull-out couch and the baby in a pack n’ play we reserved from the hotel at no added cost. This is a lifesaver for us as we travel to Philly every 6 weeks by train and need to carry as little as possible with us.
We chose this hotel mainly for its location; there’s so much to walk around and do just within a 5 minute radius! Museums, parks, water features and more for our family to enjoy! The on-site restaurant, Urban Farmer, was such a hit with our family! It was great having quality food for any meal of the day.
My son spent a lot of time in the saline pool and came to call it “the no-chemicals pool”! The water temp was perfect and the depth was just right for me to be able to stand in all parts (I’m 5’5) but for him to still get a good swim and wear him down! My husband loved the gym and got a couple of great workouts!
All in all, a fabulous hotel and we hope to stay again on our next trip to Philly!
Simply loved our one night stay at this hotel. If you don’t know, this used to be the old Four Seasons that was acquired by Hilton but it still has the same great feel and charm. I usually travel 2-3 weeks a month but this hotel has one of the best beds to ensure a good night sleep. Toiletries are all top notch, so are the little details in the room and through out the property. Highly recommend and the roof top bar is a must. I hope to return to this hotel soon.
I travel to Philly at least 2x month and stay for about a week each time. I love the Logan room and staff - everyone makes you feel so welcomes. The only downside is the AC doesn't go low enough for comfortable sleep, esp on warm days/nights.
Great hotel location but poor overall value for the very high price. Rooms are spacious, but mattresses, sheets, furniture and pillows are on par with a low to mid-price hotel. Bathroom layout is not functional and our sink had a big chip taken out of it. Housekeeping is not up to the task. Every door in our hallway was loudly banged on at 6:30 AM one morning by a lost housekeeper trying to deliver coffee to a guest. It took 3 calls to get bedding for the sleeper sofa. And there are not enough elevators, so be prepared to wait. Avoid 2nd floor rooms above loud music downstairs if you want peace and quiet. Room service food was over-cooked and arrived cold on 2 days. You won't feel like you stayed in a high-end hotel even though you paid for one.
Terribly service level!! No contact info! No reception staff able to give and/or email my my hotel invoice! I am now devasted and stressed out as I have been so badly met as a customer.
I stayed in this hotel on 27th of May and when I checked out next morning I was informed that my hotel invoice was going to be emailed to me the same day. Despite many phone calls that have lasted for more than 30 min from overseas, I still have no invoice. Staff say that neither have my email address nor Hilton Honour number but refuse to take it when I give both to them. I get very badly met and put in queue after queue. I will never stay in this hotel again and not recommend anyone to stay there.
