Birthday weekend visit

Had a nice stay at CQ to celebrate my birthday with friends. Room was clean and fresh and had amazing customer service as usual from the staff. Milton was particularly courteous and helpful. Love this place.

Convenient location.

This place was recommended to us by friends with whom we attended a concert at Kimmel Center. Club Quarters are indeed very close to many local attractions and we all enjoy the location. Unfortunately it seems like they could use more cleaning crew members and invest into the appearance aspect. They just need to work on some important improvements.

Checked in to find a left over turd in the uncleaned bathroom. Called and complained and switched rooms to find a room smelling like cigarettes, broken outlets and frig. Witnessed night staff get in a fight with about 4-5 trans that were not staying at the hotel and just came in to get drinks and have drinks thrown on the manager. I was there with a group and our kids. I will not be staying again. We did not feel safe. The rooms are small.

Great location if you're not a neat freak

I was attending a conference in Philadelphia for which the host hotel was booked. The CQ Hotel was conveniently located downtown, and cheaper than the host hotel, however I would likely not stay there again. Upon check-in it was apparent that my room had not been vacuumed and then never was (same stuff in the same place on the floor each day). There was a dirty wash cloth left in my shower from the previous patron and the glass shelves in the bathroom remained covered in dust. There was no luggage rack and I had to request an adequate number of fresh towels. On a more positive note, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful re: requests.

doesn't meet price vs quality
