Spectacular room

Stayed here recently and found that this was certainly in the top tier of places that I have ever spent a night at. The room was very clean and the bathroom was great with a wonderful walk in shower - plenty of hot water without a wait. Very nice flat screen television with enough channels. Complimentary Keurig coffee maker and various toiletries available. Very quiet room with very comfortable bed and pillows. Would certainly return for a stay,.

Coil Lounge

It’s in the middle of a casino, surrounded by electronic gaming. It’s all about service, as everything is alcohol. As a fellow patron and I were standing there in amazement, the bar lady was taking inventory!!!! Inventory, are you kidding me???? What in the world at 8:45 at night, what is wrong with this picture? Good thing that Jason the amazing bartender came in, he was amazing and saved the day. Get your act together, and train your employees what Jason knows- do your extra work when it doesn’t affect service!!

decent place

I travel pretty often to the Sands, as I live pretty local and it is within driving distance. I have been receiving free play weekly so that is a big plus. I have not stayed at the hotel, but the restaurants and outlets are nice. as for the casino - it is large, however, usually very crowded, and there are only so many of my favorite slots, so on a crowded evening it is very difficult to get on a machine. The buffalo gold is my favorite, it is very popular, but I think you should put in more as they are always in demand, and a lot of times there is one or more that is broken. I also agree with what I have read on several reviews about the Asians at the Sands - they hover and make people feel uncomfortable, they are not there to gamble but are there to hover behind people and see if they leave their tickets in machines and basically are there to try and steal from people. I had one of them do this to me, I was not even out of my seat and had not grabbed my ticket and an Asian woman walked up and collected it and I had to physically chase her down....that is terrible, so I would strongly suggest you do something with security or try to control the situation. Or they are there sleeping at machines.....it makes me and others uncomfortable and not feel safe.
