Monthly trip

Nice casino as a whole. You can take break from gambling and shop at awesome shops, play in arcade or grab a bite at either cheaper food court or higher end restaurants. Best part I win 2 out of 3 trips here.Easy to get free play or food comps. The only downfall I wish it was smoke free and that their hotel was comped better. Would like to get free tickets to see their great line up of shows.

Always fun

We always have a good time here. I have to agree though with the reviews on the people that come on buses and spend all day hanging out. And the smoke is bad. But it’s within driving distance and the rooms are nice and clean.

Nothing has changed

First, I need to say that when a representative for this establishment posts the same reply to folks over and over again with same, "I'll pass it along" , means nothing. I'm sorry, but this is a slum for vagrants. They allow people to be bussed in only to sleep all over the casino, as well as the food court. They haven't done a thing about in years, although you make them you think you will. These folks are not only nasty, they are dirty. I've encountered them many a time. When I say dirty, I am talking about being in the ladies room with them. Regardless of how often you may complain, nothing will be done about it. I have had many a run in with them and they seem to think they run this place. Honestly, I think they might as no action has been taken. This could be a five star establishment if you would listen (look at) all of the reviews and realize that people feel uncomfortable and even intimidated. Not a place I will go to anymore. You can respond with the usual, "I'll pass it along to the appropriate people", but we all know that will do no good. I wish you luck.

Dinner Out

Visited the Emeril’s Fish House at the Sands Casino Resort for supper. Nice decor and excellent food and service. The only problem was that you have to pass through the smoke filled casino to access the restaurant’s entrance. Overall a rather pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Just a spontaneous night out.

My wife and I have 4 kids so going out is tough between all their sports activities, work, etc. She was never at the Sands casino and we only live a couple miles away. Whether you're close to the casino or coming in from the surrounding area (NY/NJ) there are always events going on here. The bands are really good. The atmosphere is always good. I would recommend it to anyone not sure if they should check it out or like us had a sporadic opportunity to get out and do something. They had an amazing amish band on stage, these guys did it all(rock, hip hop, pop, country) Never seen anything like it and they were REALLY GOOD! Definitely would come again. The casino is well kept the service in the bar was great. Plenty of tables and slots in the casino to play. Big poker crowd and lots of restaurants in the casino which is attached to a large outlet mall. The event center also has a lot of event going on from concerts to mma fights. A lot of everything going on at the Sands. Check it out.
